How do you study with hypothyroidism when the fatigue feels overwhelming? (TSH around 6–7)

I'm 22 male

I'm looking for advice from people who have gone through something similar.

I have hypothyroidism (likely Hashimoto's), and before treatment my TSH was usually around 6–7 mIU/L. I know that isn't considered extremely high, but I still have significant symptoms.

I've been taking levothyroxine, and my doctor recently increased my dose to 75 mcg(last tsh lab result was 6.4 with 50 mcg 2 months ago) . I expected to feel much better after 2 months , but I'm still struggling.

My main symptoms are:

Constant fatigue and low energy

Difficulty concentrating while studying ("brain fog")

Feeling mentally slower than I used to

Legs getting shaky after climbing a few flights of stairs

Studying for even an hour can leave me mentally exhausted

What confuses me is that many people with a TSH around 6–7 seem to function normally, while I feel like it's affecting almost every part of my day.

Has anyone else had severe symptoms with only mildly elevated TSH? If so:

Did your symptoms improve once your TSH normalized?

How did you manage to study or work while waiting for treatment to take effect?

Was your fatigue caused entirely by hypothyroidism, or did you discover another issue (like vitamin deficiencies etc.)?

I'd really appreciate hearing your experiences because right now it feels difficult to study consistently, and I'm worried about my future.

Also my antibody tpo is always more than 1300

Is doing an MBA in India a bad idea if my long-term goal is to settle abroad?

I'm planning to pursue an MBA in India because studying abroad isn't financially possible for me right now.

However, my long-term goal is to move abroad (for work and possibly settle there). I'm wondering if doing an MBA from India would make that significantly harder compared to pursuing a master's abroad.

Would an Indian MBA still be valuable if I later apply for jobs or immigration in countries like Canada, Australia, Germany, the UK, or New Zealand? Or would I be better off doing something else if my ultimate goal is to build a career overseas?

I'd really appreciate advice from people who have taken this path or are currently working abroad after completing an MBA in India.
