Got automatically logged out of my account and can't log in.
Hi everyone. I'm having a serious that's starting to piss me off.
A year ago or so i downloaded roblox on my laptop and made a new account. The thing is I didn't add any email or phone number in case of losing my account. So i havent opened the game for some weeks and when I did a few weeks ago I was logged out of my account. I entered my username and the password I'm 100% I made that time but it says it isn't correct.
I addressed the issue to the Roblox support but they said they couldn't do anything cause I don't have any evidence that the account belongs to me, although I MADE IT.
I tried again today but still couldn't do anything. Now I'm really pissed of because I know the password is correct but the Roblox doesn't accept it and I don't want to make any new accounts.
Is there anything I can do? Am I doing something wrong? Or is it over and I should make a new account, losing all the progress on the previous account? I'm just asking for answers not to take back my account.
