I haven't listened to any of the singles, I want to listen to the whole thing once it comes out.

Just got this band recommended to me. So fucking good.

I've been listening to Malefic Throne and Warfather, and It's been a blast to listen to. 'The Grey Eminence' is more or less how 'Kingdoms Disdained' would've sounded with cleaner production and a slower (but crushing) pace. Malefic Throne's 'The Conquering Darkness' reunites Steve Tucker with members from Hate Eternal and Perdition Temple. It's a damn pulverizing album and overall a very strong work. It's not Morbid Angel, but IMO these projects are a good recommendation for anyone who misses MA.

Complete lava.

Killer track

Killer album.

Absolutley love this song.

I just love this album so freaking much 🤘🤘🤘

Kickass opening track.

There's been many interpretations, mostly jokingly, about the meaning behind the acronym W.A.S.P. Like "White Anglo-Saxon Protestants", "We Ain't Sure Pal", "We Are Satan's People", etc... But Blackie never really gave a definitive answer (as far as I know), saying that he enjoys seeing people trying to figure it out. I also read somewhere that W.A.S.P is deliberately ambiguous, meaning whatever you want it to mean.

Their debut album from 1984 is homonimous, but it was almost called "Winged Assassins", I guess referencing actual wasps. That makes me think that the original name behind W.A.S.P could be something ridiculous, like "Winged Assassins Shattering Peace" type shit. Dunno if anyone already came out with that name, but I think it's very 80s.

Do you have any theory or a funny personal take on the meaning behind W.A.S.P? Let me know in the comments.

The cover art is a different story tho.

Spanish punk/thrash metal band, very high octane, wacky and raw as hell.

Bloody excellent thrash album.

I think this is a great closing track for the album 🤘
