I want to roadtrip but there's nothing I want to do or see

I love the idea of a roadtrip and I really want to go do one
But there's just nothing really specifically I want to go see or do.

I have no real interest in certain places or attractions or anything.
Any places I do seem to have a slight interest in seeing I just feel like I'd get there, walk around for 10 minutes, take a picture maybe to have some proof i was at least there and see what i wanted to see and then just be over it.

I just like being away and on the road mostly, i get this immense feeling of freedom and calmness when I randomly take my car for a ride to nowhere for like a couple of hours and i want to make that last longer

But that just seems like such a waste if i don't have a specific place i want to spend some time at for a bit longer if i want to go on an actual roadtrip that lasts multiple days

anyone else ever feel like this? Did you set out on a roadtrip then anyway? did you find something along the way or was it just boring and a waste of money and time?
