Pu-erh where to begin?
Don't think I've ever tried Pu-erh. Is there a particularly good starter variety? Or maybe a sample pack you can recommend.

I love sparkling water. I love variety. I'm thinking of carbonating my own water. Does anybody out there do it and do you recommend SodaStream or some other brand?

My hood cable was broken for quite a while and I was leaving it unlatched but it got shut and my battery is dead so I can't even take it anywhere to have it looked at. I remember my grandmother and my mother both would turn the kettle on when they refilled it, the theory if I remember them telling me correctly was that the water had a memory and would boil faster even if it cooled. I know that does not sound true but it does sound interesting anybody else have any experience with that theory?
My normal Earl Gray for breakfast. What do recommend that I reach out and try. I am brewing from a bottom dropper. Loose leaf of course.
