Hey there folks.

My wife just cleared her Driving Test and wants to buy an automatic for 10k or under.

Basically she wants a car where she doesn't have to worry bout anything other than basic maintenance like tyre pressure, car fluids etc.

I understand dealerships are gonna be a bit more pricey but she thinks she'll be happier knowing it's from a reputable dealership rather than from a random person online on donedeal.

We have thought about Honda Fit 20215 at 9k from a dealership.

ig I'm just here to know you guys take/opinion on it

We're confused between two places, tyrellstown in dublin 15 and a flat in Balroy hall Carpenterstown Road.

the flat is much more expensive but we aren't prioritizing money rather we are looking for safety, ease and peace of mind.

we pretty sold on the flat, cuz it has it's own gym, everything else taken care of, a lift in each building, a manager present throughout, cameras etc.

but I'm just wondering if we're making the right call, cuz it's not a house and idk.

Basically got shortlisted after the interview and received a merit number.

Just wondering if this merit number is a waiting list if someone decides to decline the post or is this like a raw ranking and posts are offered accordingly.

So basically last week I got a sudden video call on my phone.

I assumed it was on Whatsapp. It said revolut customer managemenent.

Then my wife's phone rang with the exact same video call from the same revolut customer managemenent. I picked up and turned off the camera. The guy did his basic fraud talk and then hung up once he understood that I wasn't buying it.

Weird thing is there is no record of those calls on either my phone or my wife's phone.

I checked Whatsapp, Google, Facebook, Instagram, teams and phone log.

it's like the call didn't happen at all.

So am I missing something or is there possibly a malware on both our phones or is it something occurring commonly now?

People are posting sob stories on subreddits and then people who engage are picked and sent DMs for help initially in the form of duas and then financial aid.

My friend here in Ireland lost 130 euros to one such person.

When they are exposed in the comments, they resort to all sorts of personal and vulgar insults.

Please protect you hard earned money and don't fall for scam artists who will make you feel bad for pointing them out.

I just did my first 4 EDTs.

I don't have a car to practice on so it's just that and I don't have enough money to spend on extra lessons.

can I be better if I practice with my friend or is it just as unnatural for other to learn as well?

I came to Europe around 1 year back.

Was literally brought up by my Nani as my mom is a business woman.

She was basically a mother or more to me.
