I'm not filipino but this was my first time trying to make lumpia and pancit bihon

I'm from the UK but of Caribbean/Indian descent.

So my mum is a nurse, she used to be friends with this lady from the Philippines when we were growing up. She made the BEST food ever. I've tried all different types of food but Filipino food is my favourite. She made the most amazing BBQ skewers, pancit bihon and her lumpia was soooo yummy. I wish i was still in contact with her or there was a Filipino resturant near me here in the UK. 😭

But yeah... this is my attempt. Nowhere near as good as hers but hopefully will improve.
