Whats this on the roof of my mouth, appeared randomly sometime this morning?? (20th may)

• Medication: Vortioxetine 50mg, Cyclizine hydrochloride for nausea 25mg, sleeping meds: Promethazine hydrochloride 25mg, iron meds: ferrous sulfate 50mg.
• Vape, rarely drink
I don't actually know when it appeared, I just know i noticed it in the morning, around 11am, as my mouth was quite sore/irritated, but probably important to note, I've been throwing up near enough back to back the past few days (5+ times daily), 9+2 weeks pregnant (as of midnight, currently 11:13pm) (no antenatal care currently, as still trying to decide whether or not I'll be keeping it, me and my partner suffered a infant loss a little over a year ago too. Still waiting for answers.)
