I understand how erratics traveled, but where did they originate, roughly?

This big boy is on the side of a road in eastern Washington. Do you think it was picked up somewhere in Canada? The Missoula floods shaped most of Eastern Washington. Most impressively, the now Dry Falls area. I’m just curious where they might’ve started their rock life before they were removed so rudely by a big slab of ice.
