There's something so unique about the gaze of a bully breed.
Society often misunderstands them, but as an artist who has drawn dogs for families across 7 different states, I always notice one thing: their eyes hold the most genuine love. This piece was a massive challenge. Layering black ballpoint ink to get the depth of the fur and that wet look on the nose requires extreme patience since you can't erase a single line.l wanted to share this here because I know people in this sub truly understand the soul behind this smile. Hope it brings some joy to your feed today!

I spent dozens of hours capturing every detail. This is Sierra from the state of Iowa, this art is very special because…

This is her chair, and she sits there every day to spend a good part of her time watching the birds eating at the feeder and loves to just stare. She is very friendly, you can tell by the pose, right? Her owner asked me to immortalize her in a special piece of art.
(The last picture is when it arrived at his house and he put it in the frame)

The one I’m drawing is Sierra 🐾 from the state of Iowa. She’s waving at you, won’t you wave back? (Lol)

I finished the drawing of my friend's sweet cat…

This was the first cat I drew in this unique ballpoint pen style. I love drawing pets; for one thing, I know I’m honoring a handsome boy or a beautiful girl just the way they deserve, and for another, I love seeing the reaction when people see the final result. I’m sharing this with you all because I feel comfortable here, and I want to thank everyone for the warm welcome I received last time.

I'm looking for 3 cute pit bulls 🐶 to draw in this rare style, these are the ones I've already done Brandi and Murphy

I finished the drawing of my best friend's cat yesterday. I hope he can sense the softness, the harmony, and the silky fur just as I rendered it.

This is the first place I’m sharing this; the last time I posted about this adorable kitten, the reception was so warm. 🐈❤️ - An exclusive piece of art for a one-of-a-kind friend—as I always say.

After months of drawing Rottweilers from different places, and with different stories, I realized that this breed carries many virtues, and I would be open to your opinion: which virtue enchants you the most?

I wanted to share these thoughts with you, and some of the Rotts I portrayed, because I feel that this sub has added a lot to me over the months in every aspect, much more than you could imagine. Touching stories of connection that I was able to portray, some came from this sub; I really would like to know what the virtue is and how special your friend is to you. Very grateful to be able to be a part of it and to be making this post ❤️🐾

For the first time I am making a cat Art 🐈‍⬛ in my own technique (Ballpoint pen -pen only) look at the second photo..

This is my technique and legacy, because with it I do every micro detail and strand by strand in layers, it takes quite a few hours. So far it is at about 50%, where it looks like it's already finished (right side) there are still many details.

Sharing with you the photo and details of Jeter's🐶 Art , in the ballpoint pen technique, I hope you like it.

It took many hours to achieve this result, strand by strand, texture by texture. He's an Alabama Rottweiler mix; his owner said he has a unique personality, different from her other dogs. He has a magnetic charisma and likes to be the center of attention. (He arrived at his owner's house at the beginning of the week.) I love being able to tell their stories through art, immortalizing a unique moment that will never return, but can be remembered with the same emotion as the moment the photo was taken.

Delicately drew every single hair, strand by strand, to honor this beautiful look (Wynnie - sweet-eyed girl from Wisconsin). What do you think of the detail?

Sharing with you the pet art 🐾 that I do using only a ballpoint pen.

It takes dozens of hours because I do layering of fur, texture by texture. To be completely honest with you, I don't see the time passing because I love what I do, I'm passionate about it. And last but not least, I love pets. To immortalize each one knowing that they have a story, a connection behind them, strong memories, a unique personality, that makes me very happy and I'm grateful to do this, the months pass as if they were weeks (laughs).

I spent about 82 hours on this portrait drawing. His name is Jeter. 🐶

There's something special about trying to capture the soul behind that gaze, it's so soft. It's not just a drawing; it's a tribute to a loyal friend. I hope you enjoy the result as much as I enjoyed the process! 🐾 - it was done with just a pen.

Murphy passed away 6 years ago and his owner asked to immortalize him in the form of art, to give as a gift to her parents…

This is Wynne 🐶 — her family wanted her immortalized as a puppy. Spent 70+ hours on this one. Ballpoint pen only.

These are the Rottweilers I immortalized in drawings: Tonka, Wynnie, Rocco, Gracie, Jeter (mix de rottweiler) and Kane, who is still in progress, using the rare ballpoint pen technique.

I spent over 70 hours using only a ballpoint pen to capture the soul of this dog friend. This was a tribute to 'Brandy' from Alabama.
