Attorney Due Diligence - need some guidance!
Hello New Yorkers…A coop in Brooklyn just accepted our offer and now our real state agent will connect us with some attorneys so we can choose someone to represent us during the “Attorney due diligence” phase. What should I expected from this step and how much attorneys normally charge in NYC? We will be using the HomeFirst Programm (don’t know if this information matters right now)
Any advice and guidance is appreciated!!! 🙃
