Hello, I am trying to find out better ab workouts I can do, only problem is that ab pull bar crunches are off the table because I keep injuring my back on them. Hello, Ive been getting very confused with which split i should do because everyone is saying different things. I workout from home and have been for 4 months now but I’ve been doing bro split. I have gotten more gains and stuff but everyone is saying hit muscle groups two times a week. My question is should I do PPL X UL or Arnold split? I have dumbbells, a barbell and a chin up bar. I want to build my chest and back aswell as my arms and shoulders. All advice is much appreciated. I’m 6ft and 178 lbs and looking to maintain weight.

I’m trying to start PPL x UL and Ive been searching around. For the push day ( all of these are with dumbbells) its chest press, chest flys, shoulder press, lateral raises, overhead tricep extension, rear delt swings, skull crushers, tricep dips, archer push ups, tricep push ups. Hello, I’m 17M and 178Lbs (was 185 and cut down to 178) and I’ve been working out for 4 months. I have a decent amount of progress( bigger arms, chest, back, and I have abs now) but I’m wondering about if I should change my split? I don’t follow any specific split i dont think but I see a lot of tik toks saying how I should do push and pull days etc. my current split is in the photo. Does anyone have any good recipes for oatmeal that helps with cutting fat and building muscle? I usually have oatmeal in the morning and night but I have been using a pack of Quaker brown sugar oatmeal. I wanna try making my own to make it be more healthy but have no clue what to do lol. Hello, I’m M17 and since about October my forehead suddenly broke out with blackheads and like under the skin white heads. I’ve swapped shampoos and started washing my face with Panoxyl [ 4% benzoyl peroxide ] and CeraVe SA cleanser but the black heads dont go away? I have hydro hydrosis [ sweating condition ] but I am medicated for it so I don’t sweat as much. Just really getting tired of all these blackheads and wondering if anyone has any advice. I also don’t believe it’s a puberty thing because I hit puberty when I was 13 and mostly stopped growing.
