But do any of them also work with someone who wants to start Content Creation from 0...Like from niche identification to shoot to editing and promoting everything handled by them

I am Hydrating myself enough
I am taking basic supplements , Vitamin B/D too
Eating Protein rich Breakfast as well
But still Increased appetite and cravings for sweets starting after 2-3 hours of taking concerta
Also even if i eat enough
I am again hungry after some time

Guys, If u are facing these symtoms! even after adjusting dose, Try b12
Get sublingual b12 ( i take mbson b12 1500mcg mouth dissolve) it is easily available, costs 45rs for 10 tablets
u can also take b12 1500mcg tablets which also has folic acid and b6 which can have added benefit
take it daily, preferably empty stomach in morning
Trust me if u have a high heart rate on Inspiral or any methylphenidate brand this has the highest chance to improve it
it helped my High resting heart rate on methylphenidate
also helped energy, or tiredness after taking meds
and brain fog too....also now meds feels like working better
been a week taking it and the effects are amazing
take it for sometime, if u see reaction from b12 supplement which will be , oiliness increased on skin, acne...just skip taking it for a month then start again
learn to cycle supplements , take for a month skip for 15-20 days
..repeat...listen to your body!
initially start for a month regularly it is not toxic
make sure u drink enough water, any excess will be removed from urine!
