Hey everyone!

Just wanted to stop by and send you all a little love. 💞

Whatever you’re going through right now, I hope you remember that hard times don’t last forever.

Be patient with yourself. You’re doing better than you think.

So keep your chin up. And don’t forget to smile when you can. 😊

Not everything that feels like fear is fear. Sometimes it’s simply the discomfort of experiencing something new, which fades as it becomes familiar.

Hi, I am 33 [F4M]

Hi, I am 33F. 5'3 ft. I am fit and health conscious. I don't drink or smoke. I am organised. I have many interests in areas, like psychology, philosophy, science, arts... mostly I have a curious mind. I can't say I am an expert. I am fun and I can be funny. But I prefer a man who can be more funnier than me. I have a mindset, where we grow together, build life together. A partnership where we are each other's mentor, best friend, coach, where we push one another to our best selves.
P.S. Don't stress. Let's see how it goes.

Hi everyone, a small reminder as we’re almost halfway through the year.

If you haven’t been very active lately, or you’ve been thinking about starting over, finishing that project, or changing your life, you still have time.

Somewhere along the way, many of us become too focused on surviving, meeting expectations, and trying not to disappoint people. We become careful with everything: our choices, dreams, happiness, even rest. Almost like we need permission to live or enjoy our own lives.

Life keeps moving. And suddenly, months and years pass by. Stop worrying so much about disappointing others while ignoring yourself in the process.

If you’re waiting for permission to do something, maybe the only permission you truly needed was your own.

We only get one life. So make it count! ✨

Does anyone else randomly feel grateful for ordinary days?

Today was just a simple day. I followed my routine, stepped outside for a while, looked around, just the sky, the trees, and the breeze.🍃
It made me smile a little, and reminded me how beautiful life can feel in the smallest moments.
I think we forget to appreciate simple things because we're always thinking about what's next. Sometimes peace is already there, quietly waiting for us to notice it.🤍

I’ve realised life is actually working in our favor most days, we just don’t notice it.

Having a place to live, access to things like the internet, electricity, basic comfort, and the freedom to live our routines…it all feels so normal that we stop seeing it as something good.

But let one small thing go wrong like no internet for a day, getting sick, plans not working out and suddenly it feels like everything is falling apart.

It’s not that life is bad in that moment. Our mind just zooms in on it because it’s not what we’re used to.

Maybe this is where gratitude comes in, remembering what’s still going right. What feels ‘normal’ today might be something you wish you had tomorrow.

Sometimes, a small shift in perspective makes things feel lighter.🤍

I posted here a few months ago, and honestly… it’s not that easy.

You meet someone you like, and they don’t feel the same.

Or they like you, but you’re not into them.

Or you both like each other, but something just doesn’t align.

And yet, when you scroll through this sub, most people are looking for the same things, something real: loyalty, companionship, respect, support, a genuine partnership.

It sounds simple, but clearly it isn’t.

I just wanted to say, I hope it works out for you.

For all of us, actually.

Don’t lose hope, it’s hard because the right connection is rare.

Here’s hoping you meet your person this year. ❤️
