Sometimes when I turn my PC on the monitor just refuses to turn off. The fix that usually works is to just restart BIOS but it's been getting annoying. How can I prevent it?

Could Kratos have escaped the underworld by himself if Gaia didn't help him just like the barbarian king had done?

I recently finished god of war 2 and I been thinking about this for a couple of days.

The barbarian king says that he battled the guardians of the underworld just to escape and successfully did it. So, if Kratos fell into the underworld and Gaia didn't help him, would he still be able to successfully escape just like the barbarian king did?
