Birthday dinner at 312 Fish Market in Chicago

We ordered the Salmon Paradise, seaweed salad, cucumber salad, and green tea!

12pc Salmon Maki

12pc Spicy Salmon

8pc Torched Salmon Maki

8pc Salmon Nigiri

4pc Salmon Sashimi

44 pieces total

average $1.59 per piece

After we ordered, my friend went to the bathroom, and by the time she came back, we had all of our food!

Everything was fresh and fast! The only thing we didn’t love was the cucumber salad. It wasn’t bad depending on the type of cucumber salad you like, but we gravitate more towards one with chili oil/crunch! The one here was composed of Cucumber / Hijiki / Goji Berries / Sesame Seeds / Bean Threads Citrus Vinaigrette. Still good, but not our favorite!

We went around 7 PM on Saturday night. It would’ve been a 30-40 minute wait, but we made a reservation. They had our spot at the bar ready for us!

I like that it’s inside of 88 Marketplace. We walked around after to get some other drinks and snacks.

I plan to go back with another friend next weekend! 🍣

Do-Rite Donuts - Chicago, IL

This was the Peaches ‘N Cream donut. I had 3 more in the bag under it, and this is actually the only one I didn’t try!

It got a good review from the consumer, and its siblings were delicious.

Put clothes on just for my plans to get cancelled right before I left (I was relieved, don’t worry)
