Is the customer seriously in the wrong when an employee lies about knowing how to provide services, then spills glue in your hair and face leading to a triamcinolone prescription.

I visited enhance beauty salon, was willing not to come back anymore. But to blame , lie and text the customer repeatedly. Asmita the owner told me the only free set I would get after the employee lied to me would be if i brought in my own lashes. I didn’t know before, but this is a gimmick. No lash techs allow people to bring in their own lashes. I was called every thing under the sun for giving my honest review and stating I would not come back…but thankfully I was also given great advice from respectable lash technician’s who pointed of the lash process is wrong and just unsanitary/will ruin your eyes in the long run which is why the only good reviews are about her brows.

Enhance beauty salon in kennesaw spilled glue in my hair and on my face, digging it out with her fingers & leaving a big rash. I lost hair. I wrote a review, & owner wrote me on instagram saying i am banned. Who can I report this to?

She is now having people make fake accounts to make good reviews for her to drown out mine. Has anything like this ever happened to any of you guys and is picking the glue off with fingers the only way possible to get the glue off the face? My entire face was red and swollen, after leaving it looked like it had gotten beaten up due to my hair looking crazy too. She was just spraying me down and scratching me up.

I have spoke to so many different people today and the way she is doing lashes is actually 100% unsanitary. I want to know the best thing to do because she had people send through mass ratings all saying she is just so great. I was mistreated and she even edited her message to sound better.

A disgusting salon banned me today after spilling glue in my hair / and face & her $55 lashes peeling off within 4 hours. I left a bad review, she wrote me a nasty message and tried to change it. I had to get medication due to her nails digging into my skin. She has people writing fake reviews.

A salon I have been going to for years banned me, and wrote me a nasty message. After i left a review about her spilling lash glue on my hair face, scratching it off with her nails, then the owner gave me a refill TWICE and the lashes ($55) fell off within 24 hours.

I had been going to Enhance Beauty Salon for a while and trusted asmita, but my recent experiences completely changed my opinion. After my honest review that i should have gave along time ago, she has had people make fake reviews to drown out my bad review after scratching my face with her bare dirty fingers causing swelling. There are only two workers there Asmita and her employee. I went in for lashes and didn't know the employee didn't actually know how to do them because nobody told me.
Instead of being honest, she still tried to apply them and ended up spilling glue all over my face and into my hair. When I asked if glue got in my hair, she repeatedly told me "no, it's okay" while scratching glue off my skin, leaving my face red, irritated, and swollen.
I messaged the owner afterward with photos of what happened. She apologized and offered me a free set of lashes, which I appreciated. But when I came in, she told me I was no longer allowed to bring my own lashes as if my lashes were somehow the problem instead of the poor application and glue incident.
I'm only 18, and honestly I feel like because I'm young, l haven't always known how to speak up for myself when something felt off. Looking back, Asmita had been treating me strangely for a while, but l ignored it because I genuinely liked the way she did my lashes and didn't think it was serious enough to say anything. I kept brushing things off instead of standing up for myself, but now it has reached a completely different point.
Fast forward to two weeks ago: I got another set done. and within FOUR DAYS the were already Fast forward to two weeks ago: I got another set done, and within FOUR DAYS they were already falling off badly. Normally my lashes last at least two weeks. I asked if I could come in for a refill, and she agreed. I ended up coming back TWICE within the same week because the lashes still wouldn't stay on.
While I was sitting in the chair, Asmita asked me,
"You just came yesterday, what happened? Are you picking them off?" That honestly upset me because why would I keep wasting my own gas money and time coming back over and over if I was purposely pulling them out myself?
Meanwhile, the same employee who spilled glue in my hair stood over me the whole time, and the atmosphere made me feel like they were talking about me or acting like I was an inconvenience because their work wasn't lasting. Then, within FIVE HOURS of the refill, the lashes were already peeling off again.
Before I left, Asmita told me, "Next time you come, you pay." The way she said it made me feel like she thought I was trying to scam free services, when in reality I was just trying to get lashes that would actually last and be applied correctly. At this point, it genuinely felt like she intentionally did the refill poorly so she could stop dealing with me and finally say how she really felt.
What bothered me most is that after I left an honest review where I still thanked her for the times she did my lashes well she edited her responses afterward to make herself look professional online, despite how I was actually treated in person.
