Good evening. Today I had surgery on the left wrist for a dorsal extension using local anesthesia. A few hours later, pain arrived.

Now I was given a prescription of Hydrocodone Acetamin5 at 325 mg. 1 pill every four hours. The first pill was taken at 9:15 pm.

Often, I have to take a trazadone 100 mg to sleep. I understand that mixing these drugs is a very bad idea.

My question: If I take hydrocodone at 9:15 pm, what is the earliest time I may take the Trazadone?
