I shipped my shoes to the goat and they said delivered and then they switched it to saying they were missing. After speaking to usps they confirmed they received them .
So someone at goat stole my shoes and Goat is refusing to make it right.
Apparently they are cool with workers stealing sneakers .
I am going to have to try and dispute it because usps is saying they confirmed they were delivered so it’s not on them and Goat is saying that never got them so it’s not on them.
However seeing as it was a pair of Travis Scott’s , 100% someone in the warehouse pocketed my sneakers and their company won’t do anything about it .
Never again. Tbh at this point everyone should be telling everyone to not use Goat app.

A lot of people told me to order .5 up in size because they fit snug but others said tts.

Hello everyone . I was wondering if I could ask some legal advice about a situation that happened to me between the past few days.

On this past Wednesday I received a call from a man looking to have his floor epoxied (I own an epoxy flooring company) and get his floor refinished .
The man texted me his address saying it was 431 on his street.
He told me he was not home and instructed me that it was in the back of his home and to go and take a look once I got there .
I arrived at the house and went to the back didn’t see what he was talking about and proceeded to Call him back .
After calling him back he told me he was sorry and he mistyped his address and the actual correct address was 471 not 431. I immediately left and did not return I was there 1 single time.

I thought not big deal and drove about 300 feet up to his house . Once I arrived I took measurements and did my qoute and left . Thought nothing of the whole situation.

Fast forward to Friday morning (today) and my friend gives me a call at 7am. He tells me “he man what were you doing Wednesday night”.
I told him “ummm I was doing a qoute after my main job and then after the qoute I went to your house to help with your trim work “(he just purchased a new home).
He tells me “dude your face is plastered on a NH crime page saying you were attempting to break into a car and snooping around a property and they’re trying to identify you. I looked at the post and my face is all over this Facebook post . Hundreds or shares and hundreds of likes and comments.
At this point thousands of people have seen my face and identified me as a criminal.

“The post reads as follows: “DO YOU RECOGNIZE THIS PERSON? Wednesday around 4:30 PM, in broad daylight, a man they don't know came onto a followers property twice without permission.
He deliberately used a concealed side gate that isn't visible from the street, came through into their backyard, and went straight to where their car is parked under their carport.
The first time he looked the car over, then left. He came back a second time and attempted to get into their vehicle, trying the doors, before leaving again.
Multiple cameras captured him clearly, and they already tiled a report with the Manchester Police.
What concerns me is how deliberate he was hiding his entry, walking onto an occupied home in the midale of the afternoon, and returning a second time to try again. That's not someone who wandered in by mistake.
la like neighbors to stay alert, check their own cameras, and let us know if anyone else has seen this man or had him come onto their property.

People in the comments are going “hey I think this guy goes to my gym” and I had multiple people send me pictures of me on this page with 70k followers for NH.
He straight up put me on blast to NH saying I was a car theif and was trying to break into a car and that I was commiting a crime.

1. I did not touch their car a single time

and I didn’t not leave and return I was there a single time and left after about 1.5 minutes of getting the info the home owner sent me the wrong address. Didn’t touch anything or take anything or look suspicious.

3. Because of this my face and business are known and hundreds of people shared and comments and those were just the ones I could see.

5. After a few hours he saw my messages of threatening legal action and telling him to take it down and first edited the post and then deleted it all together .

no apology , no update on the post . Nothing.

my question is because of the repercussions this might have , can I do anything legally against the person running this page (not the home owner).
The home owner filed a police report and instead of letting them investigate he decided to post my face online everywhere accusing me of car theft when he had nothing to do with it . He lied and said I returned to the property multiple times and said I was trying to get into the vehicle when that never happened. I never once touched their car.
Can I sue this person?
They might’ve cost me future work, embarrassed me online , and possibly endangered me by making me known to the state as a criminal (I do a lot of work in Manchester and Bedford area). Not to mention I work with a lot government building as a property manager so he could’ve cost me that job contract and ruined my reputation and instead of making a apology post he simply deleted it and now people saw my face and think I was robbing cars.
What do I do here. I need legal advice .

Hello everyone . I struggle with road rage and today some guy swerved in front of me on an electric bike and I passed him quickly and he flipped me off and sweared at me .
I stopped at a red light and he pulled up next to me and proceeded to threaten me and cuss me out .

(Not trying to be mean but he was not in shape at all and he definitely didn’t own a gun by how he looked I can tell) (kinda stupid to assume I know )

He told me to pull over and I did . He then proceeded to pull out a chain and lock and threaten me about 20ft away. I called him a coward for pulling out a weapon and then proceeded to call him other names I’m not proud of .

(I’m not not a big dude (190lbs 6’1) but I have a muscular build because I workout a lot and I can handle myself in a fight not that I like to fight .

He then proceeded to pull up to me in traffic and attempt to hit my car with his lock and chain and I swerved out of the way. I yelled at him and warned him to keep moving if he knew what was good for him.
He then proceeded to pull up behind my back window and spit on my car.
At this point I lost control of my anger and got out of my car quickly and raised my voice to 10 and as I did he sped off on his bike.
In moments like this I ask how do you guys control your anger, like how am I supposed to control myself in moments like that. He was trying to damage my stuff and threaten me and was straight up following me .
I don’t want to act like that as a Christian how do I help myself tho. Any help would be appreciated thank you brothers and sisters .
