Bald incel coworker thinks we are friends. Snack dinner

I am.... AHHHHHH. We have an older guy who works at my location. He is a 40 year old who is so out of touch, sexist, misogynistic, and just plain fucking weird. We usually trade workers when other stores need help and it has gotten to the point he is banned from working at every location except ours.

He loves to look over at people's phones to make conversation. "What are you watching?" "Who's cat is that" "Oh is that ___?!?" And that is the bottom of the list of complaints. He asked a minor at a different store why she doesn't "Go out, drink, hookup, have fun etc" He followed that up with a lecture about how young people need to be "crazier". He was banned. He went to a different location and asked a minor who was a lesbian why she wasn't going out with guys and lectured her on how she should be. He was banned. He has repeatedly told black female bosses that they are aggressive, angry, and make him uncomfortable... he is literally mixed. He has made almost every woman on staff uncomfortable. He was giving young minors dating advice when he is a 40 YEAR OLD GROW ASS SINGLE MAN WITH INCEL IDEAS.

Our store manager won't do a thing. We have called the HR line complaining over and over. Nothing is done. Today he said: "Well we are friends right?!"..... I simply cannot contain my rage. That is all.

Give advice or don't ♡ my store manager won't do anything about it anyways and I am not a quitter

Someone keeps leaving the rubber bands from their braces all over our store... including in our couch.

You just can't make this shit up.

I was today years old when I learned how old Target is.

I am up at our generational family cabin mostly stocked by my grandma... This was in the bathroom.

The way that deodorants are only half full. Bags of chips are half air. Beauty product are shrinking by the oz. Sneaky package redesigns. And the shrinkflation of it all.

I just can't stand it anymore. The simple blind robbery of it all. Not to mention the sneaky new packaging companies are using to hide the fact that they are robbing us in front of our own faces.

Frito-Lays shrunk some packages by .5 ozs. Gatorade dropped the amount you get by 14%. Walmart cut their toilet paper by 48 pieces a roll. Hershey kisses are 2oz less than the originals. General mills shrunk boxes by 10%. Large M&M bags dropped by 2.3 oz! And guess what?!?! YOU ARE PAYING THE SAME OR MORE!

How does your store handle tasks and the divide of morning and night crews?

Our store has gotten to.... an interesting point. We haven't had a store meeting in probably 7 months. They have been doing private manager meetings but no one else knows what's going on.

Our morning crew has been repeatedly complaining saying they can't finish any tasks they are given. They wanted tasks on the floor because they say they can't go in the back. So we gave them on floor tasks. Like cleaning the bar floor (yes they wanted us to leave it dirty overnight). They keep stating they can't be doing things. They are too overworked. It has gotten to a point they now do nothing except brewing tea's and turning on the machines and music.

I worked an entire year of opening shifts. I specifically remember setting up pastry case. Filling ice bins. Flipping sandwiches etc. Now they have ZERO tasks. Nothing to do. And mid tasks aren't getting done. So closing shift is doing EVETYTHING. EVERY. THING. And morning is saying we aren't doing enough.... Anyone else have a solution? Anything? Because I am truly suffering. And if I hear that they are doing "too much too early" one more time.... I just might cry.

What is your most complimented scent?!

I just realized every single time I wear Lattè Abyad I get a compliment 🥲 and it is one of the cheapest perfumes I own!

To the point I got out of the car and my coworker 10 feet away said I smelled "scrumptious"!

The moment any body part makes contact with the metal sink partition:

WHY. WHY DOES IT HURT SO FREAKING BAD.

I had a dish bin and came around the corner today..... I smashed my funny bone into the metal so hard I have a bruise the size of 4 labubu lululemon Dubai da baby bites. :,)

I GOT INVITED OUT WITH THE GIRLS 🥺 mystery Mike n Ike's at 4am

I can't remember the last time I have hung out with a group of girls. Or even just hung out with someone in general. I have had a really hard time making friends as a married 26 year old. Well my work is closed today so we were casually chatting last week about going to Applebees on our day off...

It made it out of the work talk! 5 of us girls went to eat, get drinks, and then shopped at TJ Maxx. It was actually so fun! My husband came to DD and met all my coworkers as we shopped and they were joking around with him like they knew him! It was all around a good time! AT THE END A GIRL INVITED ME TO HER BIRTHDAY DINNER!!!!!! Am I making friends?! Is this the thing?!

Dumped 4 boxes of Mike n Ike's in a container while drunk to guess flavors with my husband

Kirby hates baths to the point I feel like I'm putting the poor guy through a medieval torture device 😭

I feel so bad for the little guy! The second he touches water it's like his brain turns off and the panic turns on! I have been doing them pretty rarely because I feel horrible putting him through it!

Does anyone elses hedgies hate the bath?!
