I’m working in an MNC. As you guys we have hybrid model. We have certain advantages doing work from home like saving travel time team chit chats bla bla bla… at the same time work from home also comes with certain disadvantages. I have status meeting at 10 AM right after the meeting i feel like okay just we done with meetings lets check phone updates and start work in 30 min. That 30 min goes like till evening. In between any house work comes we feel just 5 min check phone then we start work it goes till night i end like working late night with stress or sleeping with regret my day has wasted. Any suggestions guys how you are handling doomscrolling at same time you guys can also share your thoughts on doomscrolling how you are getting effected.
