I heard from someone at a LGS that MSP was going to come out with a list of banned Glock style guns on November 1st. Is this true and if it is, can someone provide the list here please?
Would it automatically nullify mag capacity restrictions, pistol registry, pistol roster, 29" OAL etc?
I just know in 2013 all of this was passed in name of AWB so I'm curious if it'll automatically mean all the above is not valid anymore?
I tried looking it up but couldn't find any info if Kriss vector gen3 pistol is legal or not in MD. I know previous gens are but unsure of gen3?

A local seller of this new SCAR 16s doesn't know if it's NRCH or not? Can anyone tell? Hes asking $2800, is it worth that much? Or should I wait for Gen2 because by the time I spend money on upgrades (BCD lever, rail extension, etc) it'll be almost Gen2 money?
Has anyone seen a scar 16s Gen2 out in the wild yet? Have the itch to get my first scar, I might be able to find Gen1 used, but Gen2 is more appealing to me with the upgrades and specially the ambi Bolt release that is like spear mcx. what do you guys think? Wait for a Gen2 (obviously not going to pay MSRP or markup) or just get Gen1

I saw people online complaining how their thermostat is set to a certain temperature but their house is hotter than the set point. Read this before you think you need to call HVAC company.
Pepco installs these outdoor devices to regulate your power usage if you've signed up to their Energy Wise Program, and in return Pepco gives you credit $ back to you in your bill. Based on the plan you've picked, it will either let the condenser unit run 30% or 50% of the time, though will let your fan run for the most time to just circulate air. Also, if you have a smart thermostat, the program can run off of that instead of having the outdoor device.
You can opt out of the program, but then you loose the credit $ and also your bill will go up because you use more power.
When this program in effect, you're house will stay a few degrees warmer than you're thermostat set point. My ecobee thermostat was giving me a warning of something might be wrong with my AC because it cannot bring temp to the set point when in reality it's the Energy Wise Program causing that. Picture for reference: when this orange light is on, pepco prevents your condenser from kicking in.
I'll go first: a proper AK47 rifle and a Springfield M1A SOCOM.
By the way this makes me think, would all the "evil features" and OAL rules will be nullified too?
Has anyone successfully SBRed a 10.3" AR15 barrel with a B5 Bravo stock (not enhanced) without a need to Pin&Weld or A5 buffer tube and still meet OAL 29?

I have a 300blk pistol with 10.3" barrel and don't want to change the buffer system (as 300blk is PITA to tune, again!) I also rather not Pin & weld where I have to ship it to D. wilson for a good work.
I have a Surefire MD with rockset on it and the guy who put it on used A LOT of it so can't really take it off to measure exact overall lengths easily and then reinstall it back.
Like title says, I can't insert Duramag with bolt closed when loaded 30 rounds, even not with 29 rounds. Works only if 28 rounds. I have same issue with their 20 rounders if fully loaded. Tried them in 2 different ARs.
I saw a pmag ranger plate manual stating do not load more than 28 rounds in metal mags... But I've never had issue with my metal Colt metal mags or any of my trusty Pmags.
Has anyone had this happen to them? If so do you just load your "30 round Duramags" with 28 rounds?

As the title says, I'm a MD resident but work in VA. With the new laws coming into effect (smh) I'm afraid that VA will not honor MD CCW anymore 😔... I'd like to find a CCW class in VA that I could attend where they'd offer fringer print on site right after the class so I can file for it right away and ask questions too if needed.
Preferred location would be as close to the American Legion bridge within ~10 miles and price as low as possible 😁

A friend stopped by a shop a few days ago and saw P365 and P320 FCUs on sale was told they're "cash & carry" and doesn't need to fill out 77r with his/her HQL because it's considered firearm and not pistol, something along those lines, can't exactly remember the last part. Is that right?
I promised to get an answer for the friend, but what if the friend went ahead and got them without filling out the 77r? What does he/she need to do at this point? If 77r needed, should he/she register them? Would that be an issue in future, like putting shop and the friend in trouble or just shop responsibility?
Anyone has a picture of how the Icarus A.C.E. 320 X-Full look like in FDE? Website shows only black and ODG.
Google search shows P365 and some P320, but they all look different shades some more like goldish, some bronzish, and some just flat FDE.

I see a bunch of you guys have them here. I'm trying to get the X Macro ACE in ODG with safety model. Anyone knows where I can find it for cheaper? Based on my research Icarus doesn't really go on sale nor they offer discounts.

Just got a universal NCStar Vism front and rear sight pusher. Trying to move the front sight on M9a4 that Delah installed for me last year ever slightly. I cracked the knob a little, but the front sight doesn't budge. Want to make sure I don't F this up because not sure where all that force is getting transferred to and afraid if I crank it up I'll either bend the slide or something else. Do I push it from #1 or #2 labeled in second picture?
D-lahhh said "What I do is tighten the vice to the sight, then use a punch and tap the vice part itself." No idea what he said, couldn't picture it in my 2 brain cells that are left 😅
I'm interested in seeing how you guys successfully moved your front sight in the past. Should I just old fashion it and punch tap the front sight itself?
