You scan the object, acquire data of its chemical composition, pour the same chemical composition in a vat. Next, a quantum computer leverages AI to reassemble a copy of the object. I predict this technology will be available in the next 100 to 200 years. Once you do this, you won’t need to mine for uranium, which is a necessary commodity for making nuclear weapons. The distribution, selling and mining of this element is highly regulated by almost every 1rst world Nation with a national security division.
If this invention is even slightly commercialized, regulation will be nearly impossible. It’ll just be a matter of time until someone uses digital alchemy to construct a weapon of mass destruction. It doesn’t even have to be a nuclear weapon exactly but an engineered virus or other Bio weapon.
Once mankind reaches this level of technology, they will either perish entirely, or cause a great reset comparable to a super volcanic eruption.
I’m making an articulated silicone T-Rex with Eco flex 00 30.
With quantum computing made abundantly accessible, it takes but one successful instance of a programmed function. One instance to majorly disrupt the banking systems, power grids, national security secrets. The government will be able to track where it came from but not the individual. If their actions majorly disrupt our system of government one or two times, we will have no choice but to invade the country of origin if they are uncooperative. If this is a country with nuclear missiles, I say there is a 20%-30% chance of nuclear war.
The rapid change in technology and acquisition of data, will clash with old laws, norms, religious and government institutions. This will create major civil conflict bordering civil war within various first world nations. World national Maps will change rapidly within the span of 100-200 years. Flyover states in the US will become more or less a techno feudalist societies with a Prime Minister figure. Relatively speaking, this won’t be a bloody exchange, but a gradual shifting of institutions to accommodate a changing society. Major metropolitan cities will still retain much of the old democracy at the expense of intrusive security measures. For example, in order to live comfortably in the city of Elon, you must be chipped and your brain activity monitored at all times for signs of anarchy. America would be America for formality sake but the government will be more fragmented than ever.
To us in our current field of reference, it seems insane to enforce such a thing on a wide scale. Who would allow themselves to be chipped?… A starving family who survived the great AI wars of the late 21rst century probably. Future people will look back at us and think we were insane to function as a society without most peoples thoughts being monitored thoroughly. The same way people from the 1400s would think our modern government is crazy for not burning self-proclaimed Satanists at the stake.
On the bright side, there will be no need for human soldiers to die in war. Wars will be fought with tiny robots with terrain shifting mechanisms. They can shift from flying, submersible, to terrestrial mode. On the negative side, this makes civilian, or civilian infrastructure disruption more of a target in war.
The universe has an intrinsic working system of handling absurd entropic scenarios that challenge its binding laws. When the universe has a soup of condensed, and exotic elements, more elements than it knows what to do with, it will engineer a creative way of dispersal(advanced chain of proteins that lead to complex life) An analogy would be early hominids reaching the Zenith of primal survival, and using their residual time + intelligence to expand brain capacity, learn art and language. Another analogy would be an immune system protecting against foreign invaders, which seek to undermine biological integrity. Perhaps antimatter is a force that undermines structural integrity of matter, and anything existing at all is a form of rebuilding after being compromised.
I am about to pour Eco flex 00 30 into my first ever two part dinosaur mould. It’s about 24 inches from head to tail. Attached are the supplies I am using as well as a visual reference for the desired outcome. I plan on brush stippling the tiny scales with dragon skin silicone and air brushing the base casting which is the Eco flex 00 30. Does this method seem practical?

As a male with a healthy sexual appetite, I don’t find it endearing or hopeful.
