Dog for rescue!

I met the most gentle and friendly dog up for rescue at doggy style pet store next to Sabrina’s on south street. She lived with her previous family for six years before the family had to give her up. She is terrified and so upset that she is not with her family. I urge anyone who is interested in a dog to please meet her and fill out an application.

Similar to Monmouth County?

Has anyone moved from Monmouth County and successfully found a similar place to live somewhere else? The houses are getting bought up so quick in Monmouth and the job market is pretty bad in the area ( not including NYC). I am giving up and looking elsewhere and reaching out for suggestions.

Blouse no 1 help please

Hi I am working on blouse no 1 by my favorite things. I am confused about the directions for the sleeves. The pattern says work 10 round in stocking stitch. Continue working stocking stitch in the round and at the same time decrease every 6th round a total of 5 times. Do I first knit 10 rounds then start the decreases or do the decreases start within the 10 rounds of stocking stitch?

Tidy up the floats inside the sweater

I completed my second sweater and have been practicing color changing with stripes. I was using the Frankie sweater pattern by petite knit. The floats are long and carry on to the following color block. I am worried that they might get snagged eventually but they are too short to cut then weave in. Is there an alternative way to tidy them up? I’m thinking of crocheting a lining to protect the floats. Does anyone have any alternatives to conceal the floats?
