Regicide is a really fun and simple game.

It was on my shelf for some time, and I decided to try again.

It is really fun and very easy to understand. I also love the art!!

[oc] Tried to make a tree out of a bottle cap.

I sometimes want to customize my little table when gaming, and since some adventures are placed in a forest or places with a lot of green, I wanted to use some props to help with the immersion.

The first thing that appeared on my mind was bushes and trees, so I got an idea to use bottle caps as tree stumps, I don't need big trees, just something to look at and think "okay, that's a tree so I can hide besides it".

So here's my attempt. :>

I made a system-agnostic scenario, for solo and group roleplayers!!

The Village of the Cursed Eye is a system-agnostic TTRPG supplement set in a medieval fantasy village built around the temple of an old god. Inside this supplement, you will find backgrounds, interesting locations and characters, and suspicious rumors about a curse affecting everyone in the area.

I created this book specifically with solo players in mind, so it is filled with random tables and carefully organized sections to smoothly help your solo TTRPG adventures.

Inside this supplement, you will find tables for:

  • Random events and encounters
  • Rumors and local lore
  • Unique NPCs
  • Points of interest

Everything you need for a exciting adventure!!

-----

You arrive at the Village of the Cursed Eye, a strange name for sure, but they say this village was created around a temple that belonged to an old god. This god is represented by the symbol of an eye, which can be found in many places throughout the village. Some say this village is bewitched, leading everyone who stays here to join the Cult of the Eye, an evil cult that curses those who join by making them lose their minds.

Despite the rumors, this village appears to be lively and secure with strong wooden walls. Behind its giant wooden doors, you can find everything you might need during your travels: an inn to rest and eat good food, shops and a blacksmith to help you resupply, and houses where you can find any type of resident, including farmers, fishermen, hunters, and many more. And, of course, there is the first building of this village and the inspiration for its name: the Temple of the Eye.

It is a very good place to stay for some time, featuring gentle and kind residents, good food, and well-protected walls. Will you stay, or are you afraid of the rumors?

I made a random table to help build combat encounters for 1 character

I'm currently running a solo game of Daggerheart, and since the premise of solo play is to not prep anything and to be surprised by random encounters and other things, I made this random table to help in these situations.

I used the combat points calculations from the core book to build these encounters, balancing them for a single player character.

I thought to publish this table for free to the community because it may help someone the same way it helps me with my solo games.

I'll also try to use it in a duet when dming for my partner and I may post here an update :)

I also do other supplements for solo rpgs, here's my carrd if someone is interested <3

What do you think of a system agnostic solo adventure?

I've been sketching some solo adventures/scenarios, and I got an idea to try to write a system agnostic one.

It may work like a "choose your adventure" book when you choose the actions you take and it lead you to a outcome of your choice. but the conflicts like fighting, using your skill, persuading, etc. Will have a simple description to help the player to use with the game they are playing

Something like:

>"After convincing the guards to leave this place, you find yourself alone with the locked door, when you analyze it carefully you notice that the lock can be easily opened or broken"

>You succeed to open the door?
Yes - Go to page ??
No- Go to page ??

What do you all think?
Thanks for the attention <3 ;)

I made a personality sheet to help when roleplaying a character! And It's free!

When you are roleplaying a character in a TTRPG you like, and at a certain moment you ask yourself, “What would they do now?” This happens to me so many times that I can’t even count.

Or when we are playing our solo TTRPG, we look at some random tables or read some information in an adventure book, getting important information for the story that our character shouldn’t know and we are left thinking, “Am I cheating for knowing this?” When this happens to me, I get into conflicting thoughts like, “If my character does such a thing, is it because they would do it, or because I now have this information?”

With these thoughts in mind, I decided to try making a simple “personality sheet”, a sheet showing my character's traits, what they would do in a certain situation, so every time I play and enter a scene or conflict, I could see what my character would do before taking any action.

To save space amidst tables and books, I tried to make this sheet using only one page, I hope you like it!!

What's a good journal set-up for u?

I just started a new campaign on daggerheart and got a new journal for my character. So I started to organize the order of things and wanted to post here to see everyone's approaches on journaling.

Until now, the order is:

- A simple character background sheet (name, origin, profession, and maybe a picture/art of the character) 2 pages.

- I'm also thinking of putting a game character sheet, but I'm not sure. 2 pages.

- list of thread/quest names for record (I use a separate sheet for the mythic threads, so I thought to just write the names to make a cool thing to remember). 2 pages.

- List of characters (same as above but for npcs and locations) 2 pages.

- Map notes. 2 pages.

- Gameplay journal, notes, etc.

What do you think?

Thanks for the attention ❤️ :3

Is Daggerheart good for solo?

I've been interested in this game for a while and wanted to see if someone tried it solo.

Is it good mechanically? Its fun to play solo?

The combat can be done with one character?

And what do you think of the game?

Thanks for the attention :>

Made a free zine solo adventure!!

Hello name is Elln and I'm new on this sub. I create fantasy TTRPG content like random tables and adventures, I write most of my things for for solo players since I am one haha!! So I wanted to share a solo adventure I wrote recently, its free for you to try if you like :3

This is The Giant of The Copper Mine a simple solo adventure, where you help a group of dwarf miners on a problem involving a giant that invaded their mine.

It is also designed to be agnostic with most fantasy medieval worlds and OSR ttrpgs, so feel free to use it with any system you like.

Hearing rumors about miners looking for help in their copper mine and deciding to explore the site in search of a reward.

You find a group of dwarves arguing in front of the entrance to a large cave. Upon seeing you approach, one of them turns to you saying, "If you came for the job, I recommend turning back, because now a giant has taken over the cave and I do not believe anyone can solve this."

You can get it here:

Do you like to use assets/tools when playing a solo adventure?

Hello, I'm Elln and I'm writing some solo adventures and wanted to ask here to see everyone's opinion.

Let's say you found a interesting book/adventure to play on a setting you like. And when reading it's says that you need a deck of cards to play that adventure, or additional dices, an extra sheet of paper, things like that.

Did you mind using those extra tools? You don't like it? What do you think?

Thanks for the attention ❤️
