Getting a jump on the season.

I did a bunch of these, like 30 petite Pierres, last year. Now I have sparkle yarn. Getting an earlier start this year.

I didn’t like his eyes so I redid them. He still kind of looks like the Pupa though.

He’s not so mini. Also, he looks like the Pupa from Solar Opposites.

So far, anyway. They are fast, fun and look nice in a variety of colors.

I love showing off this guitar. It’s been my player for 33 years. We had a gig last night and I broke a D string on the first strum of the last song of the night. So. it’s a Spa Day. Wash, polish and new strings. In the process I finished my 30-year-old bottle of Martin guitar polish. Anyone else use this stuff? I didn’t use it a lot, which is how it’s lasted this long, but when I wanted to really shine it up, I got it out.

The only other D-93 I’ve ever seen is Billy Strings Dad’s.

You had to know I was going to make some of these in Hejin sparkle yarn, so here you go.

Hejin sparkle yarn in gold, rose gold and orange. 4mm hook for the regular size and 3.5mm hook for his diminutive friend. I have a lot of Pierres now.

I’m thinking metallic yarn next?

I’m working at an arts/music festival today and decided I’d give the portable lifestyle a try. I’ll probably make little hearts and smiley faces as they are fast and easy. It’s my first time crocheting away from home. I even fit the blue yarn bowl in the bag. Hopefully, it goes well.

Team Pierre has a shiny new member. Laser Red, white and orange Hejin glitter yarn using 4mm hook. Maybe gold next?

The wife and I got into Hot Ones last year and have embraced the heat.

We’ve tried more than this. Fred Meyer had Buffalo sauce for $5 so I bought ten bottles. Volkano is my wife’s favorite. 8 Dragon is a new favorite as well. Garlic Fresno is my breakfast go to.

Taco Vibes is not to be taken lightly. It means business and is the hottest one I’ve tried.

My old yarn bag, which I replaced with a nice, new, bigger yarn bag, is now full of Hejin Sparkle yarn. I’m pretty sure someone has been logging into my account and ordering this when I’m not looking. That’s what I’m telling my wife anyway. Don’t get me started on Bernat blanket yarn. How did I end up with 5 different colors of that?

Some mysteries just can’t be solved.
