My old yarn bag, which I replaced with a nice, new, bigger yarn bag, is now full of Hejin Sparkle yarn. I’m pretty sure someone has been logging into my account and ordering this when I’m not looking. That’s what I’m telling my wife anyway. Don’t get me started on Bernat blanket yarn. How did I end up with 5 different colors of that?
Some mysteries just can’t be solved.

I haven’t made any Woobles in awhile and I skipped the Woobles Wagon in Seattle but I did make HumbleChildCo’s full size Anchor the Octopus. It was a lot of work.
I have a lot of reticles in Warzone unlocked. I can equip them in loadouts. In the Firing Range and in game they don’t appear. Just an empty sight window. The base reticle is visible. Multiple short range optics affected. I’m on PC. My buddy on Xbox has the same problem. I read that there was an unlock bug a while ago.
I finished my third Anchor the Octopus by HumbleChildCo. Full size, in Bernat Blanket yarn, Royal Plum and Burnt Mustard, 7 mm hook.
This is the largest project I have ever made. Challenging and fun. I think it turned out great.

Excited to try the Tropic Star. I’ve loved all the Ginger Goat sauces. Volkano is a house favorite.
A mouthful of blanket and his kneading feet didn’t make it happen any faster. He does this when he’s anxious.
I’m so happy with the finished result. This is my first project using bulky yarn. Once the tentacles were assembled it went quickly. Sewing the belly and head were tricky but I was patient. Apart from the monotony of making the 8 arms it was fun.

On the advice of the community I switched to Bernat Blanket yarn and it made all the difference. I’ve got 4 tentacles completed. The process has had some hitches but I’m getting better. I’m making Mini Anchor in Terracotta Rose and Burnt Mustard with the pictured Tulip 6.5 mm hook.
Thanks to everyone who commented on my previous posts about making the transition from Woobles yarn to bulkier weights. It really helped and gave me confidence.

He is the King of the Freds. All Freds bow down. I gave him Bella’s legs mod. Green and orange glitter yarn, 4mm hook, dragon eyes.
Like a lot of my Woobles, I added a smile. He’s a happy squirrel.

This was by far the most difficult project I’ve ever attempted. Easy Peasy yarn and Tulip #7 hook. I’m pretty happy with how it turned out.
