In colleges honestly I don’t have a lot if options as my family is not agreeing to send me far they said ahemdabad and jaipur are fine so if any student or senior can help me that would be great

I thought i had a good bestie but today she did something which maybe ppl will say was not the big of a deal but for me it really hurts me i cried for hours and felt like i have no body to talk to so this is what happened
I have a close friend who always said we’d do things together, especially regarding college plans and exams. We both had an entrance exam coming up, and she initially said she wouldn’t give it due to lack of preparation and another commitment.
Later, I also decided not to give it. When I told her, her response felt very dry, which already felt a bit off.
Today, she suddenly said I should consider giving the exam. When I reminded her she wasn’t giving it either, she told me she’s now probably going to give it anyway, even without preparation.
Then she casually mentioned that she had already filled out a college form and even got an interview call something she never told me about earlier, even though we had planned to do all this together.
This hurt because she always talked about doing things together, but then made these decisions on her own without telling me.
Am I overreacting for feeling betrayed?

So i have been really really confused and feel like everyone knows their shit and i just don’t know anything i want to persue ACCA but also want to experience college life and make friends as right know i feel i have no friends and my parents would only allow me to go to Ahmedabad so i am looking for ACCA accredited colleges there. Is ahemdabad uni good for acca like does it have any exemptions on the papers
Please help me as i am in a bad bad mental stage
