Hi all, my wife and I are planning to do Spiti circuit in the last week of July. We will be hiring a taxi with driver from Shimla and return to Shimla. Does anyone have any recommendations for Taxi agency.

Priority is safety as it will be only both of us + driver throughout the trip and hence looking for some trusted driver whom you would have gone with in the past.

Also do you think doing it by ourselves will be better? I ride bike but not car, so that option is ruled out. I initially wanted to take a bike but considering the fact that there will be no one with us, I thought it is risky if our bike breaks down or if we run out of fuel.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
