So, Mark Dowdle won at around 630km's in 94 hours. This guy is so fkin energetic right now in speeches and the stream is makes me go wild. What are these guys taking inside their camps that keeps their energy levels so high even after such an incredible and just unworldly performance. He can he even stand ????

I hit the gym 6 times a week, so physically active. Recovery isn't an issue. I sleep for 9 or sometimes even 10-11 hours. This varies from 8-11 hours and I want to reduce it. Want tips to reduce sleep duration without compromising quality

Want to just try it out. Will be making a simple web app for tracking things like work hours, sleep, gym progress and diet. Let's see how this pans out
