One thing im disappointed about the Trailer is that hoyo still refused to update og Traveler model and kept using them in cutscenes even after giving them two new skins.

feel like this is going to become a much bigger issue once we get into the Snezhnaya and Khaenri’ah arcs.
The Traveler is going to be sharing more and more cinematic scenes with newer characters, and their model is already its age. Just look at the scene with Ronova/Snezhnayan Chars and Aether in Trailer. They absolutely polymog traveler. They looks incredibly detailed, while the Traveler still has the same model from launch.

I dont think it’s unreasonable to spam for a model update. They are the main character, after all. It would feel strange if we reached the end of the game’s story and the Traveler was still using a launch day model while every new character looked generations ahead.

I think this is something the Traveler community should start bringing up now in their survey/feedback forms, before we get deeper into the final arcs. An updated Traveler model would make story cutscenes feel much more consistent with the new chars

Im working on internal dashboard for our ITSM team, and Im wondering if anyone combining multiple services metrics into single “customer experience” score.

We usually report our SLA performance monthly but it doesn’t really tell what our customer experience is. A service can hit SLA targets but still generate a lot of incidents or leave our users unhappy.

So right now im thinking combining things like
- Service Availability(downtime) of the month
- ticket incident resolution performance(SLA) of service of the month
- ticket incident volume health of that month (we benchmark with our historical data)
- customer survey results after tickets are resolved

The goal isn’t to replace SLA, just to give management a quick overall picture of service health.

For those who’ve done something similar :
- is this actually correct way to build Customer Experience Index(CXI)? did you find a single composite score actually useful?
- were there any metrics you added or removed?
- any lessons or advice on this?

I have hc that traveler is related to Nibelung like his Children or something similar during the time where Nibelung leave Teyvat and ventured into outerspace. Reasoning? Mostly just a vibe and the fact that their spaceship design have some similarities to dragons one? They being able to use or adapt any kind of primordial energy with ease.

Now Im Curious about your guys headcanons?

Curious what everyone else expectations story wise when it comes to Traveler in the next AQ

I expect traveler still against Fatui plan or at least for a while and they are not going to become super friendly with Fatui right of the bat.
