Assistant manager and blinkit Replenishment Back-end team, Need some serious advice should I join?

CTC: ₹10 - ₹12 LPA

Role Overview:
The role involves managing purchase planning, purchase orders, vendor coordination, inventory availability, and supply chain operations to ensure seamless product flow across our warehouse network. The role requires close collaboration with Category, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to drive inventory health and operational excellence.

proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (SQL is an added advantage), and an interest in Procurement, Supply Chain, and Operations.

Some background regarding me I am a tier three mechanical student.

--> Two patents.
--> Two times state level speaker.
--> Two internships, one in as a tech startup drone company, another in Product operations and growth in New Jersey based startup.

In my long term goal, I have thought that I will do an MBA

And I understand as per that it is a perfect role. But I just dont want to get into non technical role, especially in a company like blink it so soon (Not saying that the company is bad or something. It's just, I do not have any information. I just never expected to go into a company like this And not in this role I dont know anything about the environment, anything regarding pay structure in future I don't know anything)

I mean, I am very much interested in robotics, but at the end of the day Supply chain is a skill which is going to be very useful. I understand that point

Now I have a option in front of me that I will try to do something in reinforcement learning. Try to get into robotics. And it has a very, very small chance of happening. Extremely small chance

I might also get another technical role. In a R&D Company, I worked there for a few years, then tried to transition into product.

But what should I do? What is much more realistic for me? If I talk about my long term goal, I just want to be a Irreplaceable person. Who is best at what he does? I understand that supply chain is something that is very much useful in each and every type Business, or whatever we look at But should I go into it?

Need some serious advice here I need to fill up by tomorrow.

Have my own robotic hand model. Want to train it in MuJoCo 3050ti laptop 4 GB VRAM how far can I go?

Hello. So, I have been getting into reinforcement learning It's been quite some days. I think I now understand the basics. I was looking into the MoJuCu robotics Github page, I can see that there is a robotic and tutorial there. I think I can learn it from there Talking about importing my model from SolidWorks to Mojucu I found some tutorials, so I think I should be able to do that

I am a 4th student acting alone. I want to take it up to a research level grade. Maybe to the point where I can Hold an object properly or let's say hold a pen properly. And I was also thinking to implementing tactile sensors (There were some paper released on this thing, so maybe I can follow that) there to also get how much force The fingers are getting

Though I do get that, I do not have enough credibility to say all these things here. But this is my aim. I am trying to take it up to a research level So maybe then I Position myself capable enough to maybe work in either a robotic startup or maybe work as a research intern.

****************

So why am I posting here

--> How doable is my vanilla dream?
--> Do I have enough resources? I have a 16GB ram and 4GB ram So I cannot use Isaac. All I can use is MuJoCo

I have been also trying to get a lot of tutorials and everything. I'm just not able to find it. All I can find is the get a page. If you can find tutorials, or if you have something that can help me, I would really appreciate your help here.

PS: If there is any problem in the model, I can also update that, because I was the one who made the model anyways

Offer letter name differs than role

I have done An Internship Any US based startup My offer letter says software development engineer, but my actual role was in business and growth. The founder is repeatedly saying not to change the title name Stating some of the US Laws or something.

Also, I wouldnt call him a particularly good person. So during the verification check He might not pick up the call, or maybe there would be some problem.

Is it overly going to be a problem??

Wrong offer letter how much will it affect ?

I have Done an internship in a pre-launch USA based startup but There is a small typo in my surname, say instead of "Sharma" it is "Sherma" or say instead of ''Patel' it is "Patal"

And also, the Work that I did. Was heavily involved in Product operations and growth. But as you can see, the role was software engineer as he was unwilling to change it for anyone.

Can this affect My admission?

The person can certainly give Information regarding the work here. I mean the founder, if they want to do a verification check or something

But is this thing going to be a problem?

Say if it is ISB or SPJ or may be some international college

Are LinkedIn SF bros lappers or truly impressive?

Man, never have I ever been so sick and tired of looking at these SF Bros Each and every one posting some Life lessons with selfie up theirs. I just don't understand what the meaning of this thing is

Wasn't LinkedIn to post for career advice or internship opening and all these things.

Each and every time I block one SF bro The next moment, there is someone else Again, posting some live lessons with their selfie. Why do you need selfies there? Maybe I can even sustain the life lessons. Why the selfies? Why?????????

It has partially become the trend Not just this selfie photos. But also may be political news Accident coverage. Some of them are posting their marriage These people are truly shifting from Instagram to LinkedIn, thinking they are doing something productive.

Also, just wanted to ask another question, are these people actually this successful, actually making millions at the age of 19 to 20 All these peoples are Just writing it up.?

Also, why is it that everyone is making AI startup? I mean, not to be that guy. Use your skills and whatever. But again, honestly speaking, what if the ai bubble actually crashes? Or what if the ai prices actually crash, or whatever it is How is sf going to look? Is it going to look like a burn down or something?

Finally posted my first video. You can also take a look

Hello everyone. So I finally posted my first video I am an undergraduate student, I have a lot of ideas to post, but I just thought to post something that I Was very interested in. So, I posted this thing Maybe you can also take a look here. I have made it in such a way that. Any science or commerce student or any 10th past student should be able to understand it.

Why Coffee Gets Colder When We Blow?

PS: Never in my life, ever. I'm going to Make another educational content. To actually deliver quality education I mean, it was so simple of a video. You can see most of the part. It flows like a PowerPoint. But still, I had Make some editing and some other things. It was just so, so thoroughly frustrating, Also, another biggest mistake that I did was to make this thing in canva I thought the editing was so smooth, I just did not think about the voiceover. I actually had to do the entire voice over in one sitting Because canvas does not allow segmented voice overs, at least that's what I faced

Truly my respect for the Educators have actually increased a lot more than ever

Does anyone have any idea? How to start animating videos??

I'm not talking about complete animation like let's say a lot of Youtubers do like Kirti Chow. Or RJ bucket list, not like this, but much more simple. Let's say most of these foreign Youtubers like paint explain, or, let's say, money explains, or things like this. They use either stickman figure or some banana gorilla, or something like that. Basic basic animation sliding and everything else faceless voice over type of thing. How do I start it? I have been trying to find this type of animation tutorials, but I am not able to find it. Does anyone have any idea? If yes, please do provide me a link.

How do they verify your internships?

I have done a New Jersey based internship in a pre-launch start-up. But the point is in the offer letter, my surname is a bit wrong. Though my work was completely in the business sector in the offer letter, it has been written software development engineer
And the person is also not going to give me any certificate or anything, as much as I can see

If they ask me for proof of work, all I have. Yes, may be the pay strip Which comes in the email and the actual person (CEO) who can just give me a message or something that I have done these works, and it is actually verified. Apart from this, I actually do not have any formal documentation to prove it.

Is this going to be a problem?

ps: If you have any knowledge regarding how other colleges verify, also, please do let me know. By other colleges, I mean other B schools Or what is the standard way to verify it?

Does ISB even consider Tier 3?

As much as I have seen, I don't see any college apart from Thapar, Bits, IIT, nit, Stephen, Hansraj and Christ University, etc Apart from this, it's almost like no other college.

So, my question is, does ISB when consider tier 3 Maybe What I have seen is very incomplete So just wondering if you have seen any unheard tier three college in the batch

Referring to both PGP and PGP YL (Special focus here)

Am I in a bad condition here or is it common with everyone at start

Okay. So I'm a mechanical engineer Student. I've been working on a software that Integrates the analytical analysis. Any mechanical engineer do, or electrical engineers do, while they build something with the cad software But the point is, it is a very vast field to get into Right now, I am focusing only on the thermal analysis part But the thing is, when I show it to the investors, when I show it to the vcs They don't know the maths behind it. They are not going to get impressed by a single cylinder. Though the math band is complicated, it does not matter. It should look good to them at the end of the day But for something like that, it must be hard coded. That is not the core of my engine. What should I do That's one thing. Another thing, I'm just not able to find what to get into. It's been like a couple of weeks that I am working on it. Not a long time, but still I'm still not very clear what's with the feature of this thing Right now, the fins part that I mentioned is working perfectly. If I give you an example, if I give my software The target of 50 watt heat transfer Then it will automatically Based on the material provided. And dimensions provided will make the model for you. But again, Though there is mathematical complexity here at the end of the day, it is generating a single cylinder for now Working on other shapes. But what should I do to make it more appealing? I'm not trying to build a Common text to cad. It has no meaning nowadays. I'm trying to make something analytical. Would it interest you?

PS: Please ignore the Random errors or some punctuation problems I'm voice typing.

How do solo non-tech developers make and ship something?

Okay, to give some background regarding me I am a mechanical engineer from a tier 3 college and a tier 3 city
I have a lot of ideas, but I dont have people around who can build it with me. And I just cannot go and ask someone to build it for me for free. I understand that is completely unethical. And why would someone even do it? It is not even logical If I try to learn Coding from this incident, it will not be enough. Even with AI, people say it is easy to ship your product and all, but to make something that is actually viable, or to make something that will actually sell. I don't think it would be that easy. Even to think about these ideas will definitely take some time, including the market research for it

Am I doing something wrong?

How do AI wrapper companies raise so much??

Just something that I don't understand. Why would someone pay anything to companies who are Making something or making a business out of, let's say, Claude or ChatGPT or anything If they can make it so just the next month, just the next maybe quarter ChatGPT or Claude, they themselves can also release this feature. So how do these companies raise so much money? And why are they getting paid this much?

PS: Not trying to demean anyone here just a genuine question.

Just a question. Why wouldn't someone steal my idea from here?

I know this thing must have been after 1000 times, but I'm not getting that particular answer. So just trying to get some clarification here Let's just talk about me. I'm always lurking around all this startup pages and Reddit pages and etc. If I find something really interesting, even I would be immediately start to work on it Then, why wouldnt someone do the same thing here?

Yes, I understand execution is all that means. But that's the point. The thing is, I'm not a software engineer. But whatever the idea, I Be working on. I would need some software engineers. So if there is a ambiguous software engineer out there Why wouldn't he copy my idea immediately? Which I wouldn't say It's wrong or something. I mean, if big corporations are doing something, then why not us? I understand that thing. But How isn't it risky? I see hundreds of people posting their ideas daily. But how isnt it risky?

If someone has the resources, then they would definitely copy it. I mean thats what basically big corporations do with actually Successful startups right?

Sorry for any wrong punctuation weird writing style I'm voice typing.
