Why Do I Feel Nervous All the Time?

Why do I feel excited or nervous all the time? I dont even have to be doing anything for it to happen, and it's so annoying. I never seem to get a chance to fully relax because I always have that feeling in my stomach, like butterflies or a rush of adrenaline. Sometimes it feels like my body is constantly expecting something to happen, even when there's nothing going on. I can be sitting around doing absolutely nothing and still feel tense, or overly excited for no reason. It gets exhausting because I just want to feel calm and comfortable, but that feeling never really seems to go away.

Should i chose college or school?

I'm 14 and has been in college since i was 13. I'm also homeschooled and planning on going to in person school next school year. Though my mom said i have to pick between collage and in person school. i feel like college is better for my career since i want to do something in the tech industry (coding/programing) but if i do pick college, i will have to be homeschooled. I would really wish to go to normal school so i can have friends and get the high school experience but I also don't want to make a decision that could hurt my future opportunities. What would be best?

my mom wont let me play Minecraft because i was talking to somebody in vc. We were only talking about the game, not full on conversations, and right after the round we would never talk again. Im 15 and this game has been my favorite game since i was little, and helped me through rough times, now its getting taken away from me. She doesn't let me play other games either, i cant have sleepovers, go to the park with friends, have social media, or even chat on any platform or app.
