Did anyone else quit junk food/cheat meals aswell?

In trying to get my life together, and the first thing I nedd to do is going sugar free.

Was just wondering is it worth quitting junk food/cheat meals altogether aswell together?

Thanks

Dad thinks I’m gay because I haven’t had sex at nearly 26. Have I failed in life?

If you told me at 19 that I’d still be a virgin at 26 then i wild laugh at you.

Why have I not met anyone yet. I’m fit and play sports etc but I haven’t met anyone.

Why has this happened to me. It’s making me depressed.

Not finding love yet at 25 has made me sad and lonely? What do I do

I’m 25 and I’ve never been intimate with anyone.

I was in love with this girl but unfortunately it didn’t work out.

Honestly, don’t know where to go from here.

It’s kind of depressing

Is July/August generally a slow month to get hired as a graduate?

I graduated in June, however I feel before the summer months there were more opening than during the holidays.

Is this true? Will things pick up more in the next few weeks?

Feels like I’m going to waste my summer and everyone else is having fun.

Hey,

As a recent graduate in Scotland,

I spent all of my money during the semester, to which I’m currently working part time to get some money back in.

It feels like a waste. I’m 25 and I feel like I should be having a great summer with all of my friends and enjoying freedom.

I’m in Scotland, where the weather isn’t great and down south of England (where I’m from) it’s currently hot and beautiful.

I want to get a job in London relevant to my degree but I don’t know when that will happen.

It feels everyone graduating are on these fun holidays and I’m just stuck working most of it, where I should be celebrating that I’ve just graduated.

I want to experience love, but I probably won’t.

Hey there,

In 25 years old, 26 next year and I still have never been in a relationship or had sex.

Pretty much everyone I know has had either been in relationships or have an active sex life. But me.

I’m not socially awkward or anything, I play sports, go to the gym etc and yet I can’t find a girl anywhere.

I don’t know if my standards are too high, or I’m just not destined to find love.

As I’ve recently graduated university this week, I don’t when Il have another opportunity to meet girls.

I didn’t seem to connect with anyone at uni.

I honestly don’t know what to do anymore.

I have feelings for a girl again. Should I care about this potential situation?

Hey,

This is a bit of a complicated one

I’ve been on and off with this girl. We barely spoke since January and I’ve just started to talk to her again.

I miss her loads and I didn’t get the chance to say goodbye to her when she went back home.

I want to go and her visit and see where things go, however the back of my head keeps telling me that she could have seen other men during the time we didn’t speak a lot. She has feelings for me and said that she’s misses me

However, I don’t know how I feel if maybe she had hooked up with other guys.

We weren’t in a relationship but I want to go and see her and maybe see where things go between us.

Should I care if she saw other men? Do I bring it up?

Rejected after a phone screening for my dream job.

Hey everyone,

I’m about to graduate, and had an opportunity with a company in London. It was for a graduate scheme, and we had a phone screening on Thursday. I don’t know how I felt after it, but I knew deep down I could have answered questions better.

But as a whole, I feel like shit because when it comes to the interview stage, I always seem to fail.

I feel the problem with me is I don’t know how to sell myself and maybe lack the preparation needed for the interview. For the past few months, it’s just been constant rejection in my life, and I don’t know what I can do anymore.

I want to be successful but my confident is pretty low as of now, and I don’t know when the next opportunity will come.

I keep fucking this up and I’m seeking some advice.

Embarrassed that my parents have to help me financially at uni.

I’m about to graduate, however for the past 10 months I’ve been reliant on my parents to support me for groceries, rent etc.

I’m horrible with my money, and I’ve got a casual job which only brings me in about £400 a month, but that just doesn’t seem enough.

25 years old, and my mum just paid for my graduation outfit and I feel ashamed. I’ve fuckec up with my finances and I feel so sorry for my parents as I’ve feel like Ive let them down.

I want to get a full time job, so I can repay all of this, but I have so much regret.

Any advice

Should I avoid eating back some of exercise calories that I burned?

Hey,

My current goal to lose fat is eating 2100 cals a day. My activity levels are somewhat high and my calories are based off this.

However, I walk at least 15k-20 steps a day, run and lift, and that is some substantial calories burned.

I was wondering how much of those calories can I eat hack, as I don’t want to be too hungry before the end of the day?

Thanks
