I used paypal for my innternational customer payment for my business.(I am individual small business). Last few months I was so busy with everything that wasn't able to follow the deadline on verification something related to PAN etc.

In that time one of the customer freaked out cause I didn't respond to her for 2 days.. and requested her payment back saying that I am a scammer when I clearly kept her updated on the situation- Now her 18$ payment turned into -36$ due on my account - and somehow the account is deactivated too.. Paypal wants full payment - I don't want to pay extra charges but duess no options ..

What should I do now ,even if I complete my dues.. the seller support is not very reliable? customer can claim otherwise and have the product and money back ? 😭

I have been running small business handmade products over 8 years a part time beside my job. I was on a break from order for a while. One day i decided to take one order from a customer begging to take one. I gave her the time frame of 15-20 in preparation and stayed for all updates during that time. She wanted local delivery so I worked accordingly. After a week of order due to availability of some material I told her it cannot be done with reason and it will take longer - she said she will not wait. I refunded that amount.

During that time in my office hours she texted over 30-40 msg 10 calls and when I talked she kept repeating the same thing. Then she changed the adrress to different city. which lead to longer delivery time following up getting called fraud and spammed on my profile - even though I provided tracking was active whenever I can to assured her 1000 times. Now the order is shipped and the frequency increased - Morning to evening - over and over again calls msgs comments -

I tried to explain her everything and she was raged. In the end I decided to cancel her order - which also followed to negative comments - it was worth 1200 approx. I choose to have peace over this shit and refunded the full amount and beared some loss.

that customer is now in my red list in database. MAYBE impulsive decision.. but it was getting out of hands. I accept one of my faults I didn't share her photos of process in making or videos of the product.
