A little about me

1. Strong understanding of SDLC ( Software development life cycle model ) like waterfall , Increment model , spiral model , agile model , prototype , RAD (rapid application development model) , their phases how their work

Which is agile which one is not

Planning

Requirement analysis , SRS. Functional non functional requirements etc

Design

Implementation

Integration nd unit test testing then system testing

Deployment

Maintanence etc

I have knowledge about the use case diagram , class diagram , sequence diagram , DFD( data flow diagram : how data moves through a system) etc

I am open to learn if I don't know anything about software engineering

2. Strong proficiency in C++ as I've completed my DSA in c++ and regularly solve coding problem (leetcode profiles attached)

3. Good knowledge of python too. Which I've used for machine learning projects like Text generation , Financial news sentiment using BERT

4. THE MOST IMP THING

I have strong interest in software engineering nd I am disciplined I am Willing to learn new things if I don't know something I am willing to. Put efforts

Hey everyone,

My father is a government employee, and income tax is automatically deducted from his salary every year. However, today he received a phone call from the Income Tax Department saying that he has some outstanding amount to pay.

After the call, I logged into my father's Income Tax account. As you can see in the screenshot, there is a demand of around ₹13,000. Since it has apparently been pending for almost 10 years, interest has also been added, making the total amount approximately ₹30,000.

I have a few questions:

1. Why is this amount showing? How can I find the exact reason for this demand?

2. In the screenshot, there is a download option, but it is not working. I have tried it on multiple devices and browsers without success.

3. If this demand is really from 10 years ago, why did the department contact my father only now? Why wasn't this communicated earlier?

My family's financial situation is already difficult, and this additional ₹30,000 is causing a lot of stress for my father. I would really appreciate any guidance on what this demand means and what our next steps should be.
