I stumble across this on mangadex's popular new titles and I did not expect for this title

I really liked this attachment, however it's not available in Canada and it's exclusive on the US side of Amazon. Any way to be able to purchase this or something similar?

The frame is not NJS, just a beater bike that I have.

What's special about this bike is that it has road bike geometry but with a track dropout (with integrated chain tensioner!!!). And just bought it from a bikeshop with this bike hanging outside like trash. No brand or whatsoever.
