Appalachian map?

Hello, I hope y’all are having a good day. I couldn’t find anything that could agree on what was cultural Appalachia, so I made a few maps using what I know as someone who lives in undeniably cultural Appalachia, along with a height/mountain map of the US. Please give constructive criticism as they are more like rough drafts, I also extended the east out a little to touch the ocean honestly, don’t know why. Have a blessed day.

I made a flag for Appalachia

I call her the Homeland flag. The blue triangle comes from a high kingdom of Ireland flag representing the Irish half of the Scots-Irish, the Yellow triangle comes from a old Scottish flag representing the Scottish half of the Scots-Irish, the green triangle represents the Scots-Irish settlers as a whole and how they became the Appalachian’s/Hillbilly’s, as well as resembling a mountain, and last but not least the is the symbol in the middle, the crossed muskets and liberty cap are taken from the West Virginian flag and coat of arms representing West Virginia as the Appalachian Heartland and how she’s the only state fully within the Appalachian mountains and cultural region. This is my first time miking a flag so please let me know what you guys think.
