How do y’all romanticize your work days?

I work for a dermatologist and enjoy what I do, but I’m the kind of person that has no aspirations for professional success and I work because I have to, not because I want to. I do love making people feel good and enjoy providing treatments and achieving results but I’m looking for some ways to slow down and look forward to work. I do Hydrafacials, peels, dermaplane, BBL, laser hair reduction, microneedling, CoolSculpting, lamprobe, and plasma pen.
