Why is it so unfair?

I am 10 DPO now and not testing due to the complete lack of symptoms (no breast tenderness, no nipple sensitivity) and feeling cramps that are similar to my period cramps.

I feel like life is one big cruel joke because in our very first month of TTC, I got an ectopic pregnancy. Since then, I haven’t been able to get pregnant at all and am now convinced that there is something wrong with me.

I don’t want to let this TTC journey consume me but it is so hard not to. Vitamins, meal preps, social activities are all planned around TTC and wondering if “will I be pregnant then?” Meanwhile, all my friends around me are getting pregnant. I have started to dread opening Instagram or meeting friends to protect myself from pregnancy announcements.

Everyday, I only look forward to sleeping and dread waking up everyday because all my thoughts are consumed of TTC/ pregnancy.

Should we BD again?

Wondering if my husband and I should add another ❤️ on 13th August? Or are we well covered based on predicted ovulation?

Help with pinpointing ovulation

Hi! I have attached two charts (for June and July) - can I confirm that ovulation is very likely on CD19 for both months (with clear LH surge on CD18)? Could I possible ovulate later than CD19?

I feel like my husband and I are BD-ing on all the right days but am still not getting pregnant!!!

Conversely, the only time I got pregnant was our very first month of TTC. When we weren’t even actively tracking (only using Flo) and only BD-ed twice in the whole fertile window. But it ended in an ectopic. Life is weird.

When to test?

Hi! I started using Mira last cycle and I noticed that my pdg and estrogen numbers are always super low for my FMU. For context, my FMU always seem diluted (pale yellow) unless I stop liquids pretty early in the night (~ at 8pm the night before).

Should I start testing with SMU instead for this cycle? Especially since LH is supposed to be tested later on in the day and the most important thing for me is to catch ovulation since I am TTC. However, on office days, this would mean I have to set an alarm to pee at 5am. Then head to bed and pee again at 7.30am….

Is that insane? Am I trying too hard?

BFN on 12 DPO - life is so cruel

My (28F) and husband (30M) have been TTC since Jan 2026. In our first month of TTC, we got pregnant but the joy was short-lived as it ended in an ectopic pregnancy that ended with MTX administered in Feb.

We took 2ish months off trying because of the MTX and started TTC again in May 2026. Every month has been BFN since, and I feel like life is playing such a cruel joke on us.

The first month when we were just starting out, we got pregnant and that made me lulled me into a false idea that getting pregnant was easy for me. And that STAYING pregnant was the harder part. And now, after two rounds of failed TTC, I can’t even get pregnant yay. Much less worry about staying pregnant lol.

Just a rant, and doesn’t really help that all my friends who got married the same time as me succeeded on their first try. And are happily progressing with their pregnancies (e.g announcements, gender reveal, Mother and Father’s Day posts)

First time using Mira

Hi! I am new to Mira (and this thread) and wanted to get some advice if my chart is normal. Mira keeps saying that my estrogen and progesterone levels are low….is this normal? I usually test using FMU though I did use SMU a couple of times when I was getting really frustrated with the low values.

I am 28 years old, TTC with a previous ectopic pregnancy…

Any advice welcomed!
