A testimony. All glory to God

I was at the ER this Sunday and had forgotten about this moment.

Essentially I went in for a really bad headache and really bad nausea. I was given a medication called Reglan. This medication is for nausea and headache but can have some really, really nasty side effects. As soon as I was given the medication I noticed something was off. I felt unstable. I started to get overwhelmed with hotness, and couldn't relax. I literally started laying on the floor and then ripped the IV out my arm and asked the lady if i could leave. I started shaking really badly, and then got inside my uber. It was like I couldn't relax, I felt hot , and my body panicked without any control.

I got home, and did research while shaking uncontrollably and realized I needed to go back. Called 911, and then they immediately drove me to the hospital. It was honestly torture. I thought I was going to go into arrest and die. My legs were shaking so much they started hurting. And I couldnt breathe. It was a like a forced panic attack on 1000. Its called akathisia and its very scary. I had to wait until they checked me in and had to wait until they finally gave me medication and they took their sweet time with it too sadly.

There was only one thing that made me stop shaking and made me stop from the torture I was receiving and that was thinking of God and Jesus. It made me stop if even only for a minute or 2, which I really needed. It was honestly the worst experience and I was really okay with dying multiple times there. Im going to reject a lot of medications from
now on. Im still a bit janked up but Gods been healing me a lot and ive been recovering. All glory to God and im thankful he was there to help me. 🙌🏿

Thinking of moving. Any advice?

I movee here and got histamine issues for months + other health issues. I found out we had mold in our HVAC. I told my dad and he told me its not a big deal. Mold is everywhere. I closed my vent and bought a hepa filter, washed all my blankets and cleaned my walls and after time i stopped reacting to foods.

My room would get hot and my Dad complained that it was making the air conditioner go on for a while. I ignored it and he recently opened my vents back up. My goal was to work 2 jobs until i could move out but it doesn't seem worth it. Thinking of moving out to my moms. Want opinions.

Was given reglan at ER. Advice needed

I was given reglan at the ER and immediately after getting it started feeling insane. I ripped my iv out my arm and was lying on the floor because i felt hot. Started shaking a lot uncontrollable. I literally told them I wanted to leave because i was so hot. I get home and my anxiety is on a 100. I thought i wasjust hot because I also have pots then i searched meds at er made me crazy and realized anti nausea could do that. I freaked out, called 911 and they sent me back to the ER. I couldn't stop shaking and i just felt so helpless like i was going to die.

It was a nightmare and was so embarrassing. I didn't know what to do and i was shaking so much my legs started hurting. I was given benadryl and then was sent home. Finally got home and just crashed to sleep. Today im still feeling a bit anxious and just super aware and focused on things like my blinking. Does this go away and how long dies it take? Im scared itll cause permanent damage to me and something ill live forever with. I genuinely just wanted to die.

Feeling faint when waking up

20m,

Last night every time id wake up id feel faint. It was a super odd feeling and i honestly just felt like i was dying or like i was in a flare. It would immediately go away after I woke up, and worsened when I stretched in my sleep. I also went to sleep hungry last night, and ill admit my diet has been super trash lately. A lot of carbs and sugars barely any fiber. I was wondering if that could be causing any issues as well.

Also been having bloating and stomach issues after the ER gave me 3 pills of ibuprofen. Wondering if any of that is causing issues. Its been pretty scary.

I got a license in the mail instead of a permit.

im 21, in DTX and im pretty (pretty) late on getting my license. I did a 6 hour course online and got my texas adult driver education certificate and scheduled an appointment. Thought id have to take a written test, but the certificate had allowed me to pass without taking the test. I finally get there and I told the lady I was looking to get a permit. The lady says okay.

I get there, they take my picture, I do a vision test, the lady says I need to come back for an impact test. I say okay.

Weeks go by, today I receive it and it turns out there was no B restriction and its 100% a drivers license not a permit. I paid 33$ for it. Whats the advice on this? Im definitely not getting on the road. Not going to put people in danger like that, nor do I fully know how to drive. The reason I took so long is because I got kinda traumatized when learning how to drive from my brother. He just threw me out there on the road with me having zero experience and we nearly crashed multiple times. 😭😭 Any advice, tips, or has this happened to anyone else?

I rewatched and realized I hated 2024. Heres why. (Retrospect)

I know a lot of people enjoyed this year, but this is the year I noticed a huge shift. Im not complaining for the sake of complaining, I genuinely want to see peoples opinions on this because I know 2024 was definitely a good year to most, but this is the year I noticed WWE beginning to do bad decisions and honestly stopped listening to the fans.

It all started with the Drew humiliation sacrifice for Cm punk. If you remember, Drew was doing the best promo work of his entire career and putting on solid matches. He wins the WHC, drops it to Priest. This wouldve been fine if they planned on giving Drew the belt back. Mitb happens and the perfect time for Drew to win the title back after being screwed in the most poetic way of cashing in on the guy who cashed in on him. Punk screws him again. It just didn't leave a good taste in my mouth.

Punk was constantly screwing Drew and it was getting ridiculous. The face screwing a heel is just kinda odd to me and never sticked. I know Punk isnt a traditional babyface, but it should be the heel screwing the face so when the big match happens the face gets the win and its deserved. Here it was the opposite. Punk won and honestly it derailed Drews momentum since. He went from next world champion to a guy they had no plans for and losing to Jey Uso. Punks return in my opinion really killed the guy because hes had to give Punk his first good feud when he was in need of winning a title. I noticed WWE became the Punk show and he was getting all the wins. (Noticed this even before the Sami event) I love punk but he honestly got annoying. He beat Drew, beat Seth and it was like HHH was giving him special treatment as an apology and fix their relationship. He honestly would've been better off feuding with Dom, a guy who could take a lost at the time and not lose momentum, while also building to that Seth match. Drew took the bullet for him.

Then theres Priest. LA Knight was the guy everyone wanted to win mitb. He was perfect for it. If they was ever going to give him his moment, it was this time. Or even Finn shouldve been the guy to win. They kept him mid card. The US title win was cool for LA, but it was just not big enough of a moment. It was clear H never liked LA, Finn or Drew.

Sheamus had a perfect story in winning the IC title. I know injuries happen, but when he was healthy it was like there was zero clear plans. Chad as well, and they gave it to Sami. I love Sami, but he was ready for the world title and this made the fans turn on him. He was likely better off missing WM40 so he could get fans to sympathize for him. Couldve easily been Sami vs Drew at WM41 for the title. Sami likely wouldve been less hated, and had a title run more than 9 days.

Codys reign in my opinion was just boring. They shouldve started with the Kevin story instead of doing the AJ and Logan filler they did. I know people loved the AJ matches and the AJ storyline, but I just couldn't get into it. H booked AJ like shit up until this point, and it was obvious he was only getting tv time so he could be fed to Cody so he could have a successful defense. It just wasn't a genuine we need AJ here, because they did nothing with him after. Kevin was the best story for Cody which happened way too late in his reign. He was also forced into the Solo Sikoa vortex bloodline thing.

Solo Sikoa as well. He was a huge part of 2024 and man I tried enjoying it but just couldn't. In my honest opinion this killed Solo. It showed has great charisma, but this just wasn't the direction we expected for Solo. This guy would've been a great singles star, and they shouldve just dropped the bloodline all together and had him go solo (literally). Just try to remember his potential before this new bloodline story. He was the silent assassin type. The whole new bloodline storyline was super forced.

I also don't think Roman went the right direction. I honestly think Roman needed a character progression arc after the bloodline. There was barely any story about how he felt about losing at wrestlemania 40. There was a lot they could've did here, a whole redemption arc and trying to get the bloodline to forgive him. They just all forgave him with zero reasoning. So much could've been told here in my opinion. Could've been about how Roman didn't show up because he lost his confidence and he needed to get it back. How he learned he was wrong. This character just stayed the same which is my biggest issue with Roman. Hes been super one dimensional.

Theres a whole a lot more I hated about this year honestly but I won't make this super long. If you read to this point tell me your thoughts.

I feel like WWE peaked here

This is one of the biggest peaks for WWE. I know I might not be majority, but I enjoyed Codys main roster run from 2022-24 before he won the belt. He was a star, but he wasn't forced. Seth here was great like always, but I was never a fan of the vision storyline even before the injuries. It felt forced as well and tried to be a faction on the level of the bloodline, but the difference between the bloodline and the vision was we watched the bloodline playout entirely. We saw Jey join, Jimmy join, Sami getting his way in, Solo joining. Everything felt like a natural progressing storyline that was given time to grow. The vision just happened with little explanation and it didnt have the development the bloodline had. Sami is hated in WWE right now but I honestly think hes elevated since this. Jey uso is also forced on us. Then you had the absolute peak returns of Punk and Randy. Drew was also doing the greatest promos of his life and had a amazing heel turn. After Wrestlemania 40 they let go of the ball on Drew and after his defeat to Punk it just didn't feel the same. Also there was Dom who was great. Great stuff here. Whats your thoughts?

Crap booking aside, this title growing on anyone else

defintely has been looking so much better ever since Sami won it and it looked really good on Punk. Booking still was shit though cant let that slide.

Confident I have thoracic but not sure how to approach.

Hey guys, ive kinda been suspecting thoracic outlet for a year now but it didn't really get too bad. I would get pain in my upper collarbone, and my arms. I went to physical therapy for it, knew a guy who knew about it but was very expensive so I kinda just did posture exercises and things normally wouldn't get too bad. But recently its gotten worse, with tingling in my fingertips especially when reaching which I saw tos was the first thing to come up. So im wondering how did you guys approach it and what doctors treat for it or diagnose? What testing etc. Also if you have any supportive comments would really appreciate that too. I have probably 50 health problems at the age of 21 and have pretty bad anxiety, and saw the clot possibility which freaked me out pretty bad. Just something to calm my nerves lol. Thank you guys.

Thoughts on this?

Love the unexpectedness, love how great the belt looks on belt, match was good, but still not a fan at all of this booking decision. Sami definitely deserves better, and with Sheamus leaving, Sami losing this just wasn't a good week for WWE. Triple H definitely has his favorites and its just kinda sad. Guys worked hard while punk wasn't in the WWE, and they've constantly been fed to punk. I honestly think triple H has been trying to redeem himself for the way he treated punk in the past but good lord has he been giving him everything. Drew was a guy working his ass off, and was hot in 2024 doing the best promo work in his career, and he was fed to Punk because Punk was the newer guy, then gets a pity title reign. Sami worked hard and made gold out of shit and hes given a 9 day title run. All for Triple Hs 2 golden boys punk and cody. WWE continues to leave an awful taste in my mouth and H has been exposing himself badly this year.

Give me a Mania better then Wrestlemania 39.

This is recently biased but I believe this is the greatest wrestlemania of all time however I haven't seen them all so I want to see if that opinion changes. This show had great wrestling with an overall amazing card. Roman vs Cody was great wrestling, Logan vs Seth was very decent, the tag match was a thing of beauty, Rey vs Dom was great, Finn vs Edge had the wrong winner but still a good match. And you cant forget about what I believe is the greatest tag team match of all time, Usos vs Sami & Ko. Damn forgot about one of the greatest matches of this mania Charlotte vs Rhea. This mania is just absolutely stacked and has great wrestling. As im writing this even forgot about Sheamus, Drew, Gunther.

Good mania. Im young so throw me some older manias that you believe passes this great show. 20 is already on my list of shows to watch. Will even go back to watch the shows and storyline leading to these matches.

This feud needing a title is exactly whats killing WWE

I said it. Exactly whats killing WWE. One of my biggest issues with WWE is the lack of utilizing the underated stars. If your a guy who wants Finn Balor, LA Knight, Sami, Ilja, Gunther, Bron, Dom, Chad Gable, Kevin Owens (I know Owens is injured, but I doubt they'd give him a reign right now if he was healthy) etc. to all have their moment winning a title and having a decent reign thats not mediocre, then heres your reason to why they can't. Triple Fraud keeps cycling the title around the same 6-8 stars for the past 4 years. Sami winning was such a fresh breath of air and now we're back to Cody and Punk being back in the title picture. Cody should be no where near a title right now, and no offense I love punk and I know you all love him so no offense but him as well.

For everyone saying this can't work without a title don't understand the element of storywriting. A story is what you make it. This feud couldve been these two trying to WORK their way into getting that opportunity, but bumping heads in the midst of it.
Example: its Royal Rumble and Cody and Punk are working together, but Cody sees an opportunity and eliminates Punk. Punks pissed, but shrugs it off. Fair game. Cody still gets eliminated, and he begins to build frustration. Elimination Chamber Punk sees his opportunity and eliminates Cody, Codys pissed, and doesn't take it as well as Punk. You think he shrugs it off just like Punk did but then Bam! Cross Rhodes. Cody turns heel and Punk pinned and out the EC. You get your crowd pop, your hype, your viral moment while not forcing a World Title in this. Cody has been shown to not care about his friends when the title is in the picture, and its built frustration from losing to Sami, losing every oppportunity and not being able to get the job done.

Even if you don't want Cody heel, this angle works with replacing Punk as the heel as well. Easy storyline for a wrestlemania so now the more underutilized stars can have the World Title. And could still main event because its Cody & Punk. Now we're sacrificing the WWE title, the rest of the roster and Samis title reign. Nothings changed from Roman holding the belt hostage, Codys basically been holding it hostage too. And its the same Drew situation but worse. Sami only had a week. Lets just hope theres some way Cody loses this. If he does ill delete this post.

u/Express-Speed-6585 — 2 months ago

This storyline may be one of the biggest fumbles WWE has ever had. Such a easy straight forward storyline.

Wwe dropped the ball and absolutely fumbled hard. This is equal to the Seahawks not running the ball. A 10 year old couldve written this better and im not even exaggerating. I love Cody but honestly this is his fault. He went from not sucking up to WWE, leaving and building the alternative, to now kissing their ass and allowing them to treat him like shit. Cody was my favorite superstar but the way they booked him is awful. Hes not going to be treated as the next John Cena and fans are going to miss him when hes gone. As a Cody Rhodes fan, the hate for Cody is completely justified. They ruined him.

u/Express-Speed-6585 — 2 months ago

What do we want from this?

I for one want a conclusion. This needs to be some sort of conclusion to a story, and im not talking about Roman getting his win over Rollins. I want emotional and deep storytelling with the promo and the matches, and in the end after Roman wins he stands over Rollins, offers his hand and pulls Seth up. I don't want this to simply just be a match. It should be more. WWE needs to treat this as their final showdowns. The conclusion of the shield.

Can I get advice on toxic dad business advice?

hey guys, im 21 and I honestly wanted genuine non sugarcoated advice on a situation with my Dad. Essentially I have a failed clothing business. I started it in 2023 the summer after I had graduated and I remember my dad coming in my room telling me to go to college and that I never started on it and to find a better job. Im not completely sure what happened, but it was a bit toxic the way he came in and as a young 18 year old it kinda hurt me. He yelled at me and in a really guilting way and we got into an argument and I told him i'd be a millionaire and he threatened to hit me and it was super super toxic and I called the police and moved out.

Looking back, I see what he meant. I was working a low income job, 11 an hour and he wanted me to get a better job because I was home working on this business all day that he didn't believe in, its just the way he came at me was super toxic and didn't make me see his understanding. So I move out with my mom in a sketchy neighborhood, they help me get on my feet, I get a good job, and I start my business up and it blows up on instagram and I finally start selling. Now I didn't make much money because I was still new and I didn't understand profit margins. So I ended up making less then what I put into it, and then my moms husband begins charging me $500 in rent a month, and my dad tells me to come back because it was wrong in his eyes. I come back and I told myself when I come back im immediately working hard and moving out. I work and my business does well but still bad margins.

I ended up getting covid and long story short I develop something known as pots where essentially my blood volume is low and my hearts not as strong. I couldn't work, and honestly pots is so rare that I visited countless doctors who didn't understand what was going on. So I wasn't physically the best and i couldn't work well. I was living off my credit cards, and business and it put me into a lot of debt. I finally manned up and got a job even though it felt like itd kill me, and my body got better as I worked.

but fast forward to now, my dad found out my business was in debt, and he offered to help me. I originally was going to take his help, as he was offering me 2000, but he told me he'd want to be on my llc so he could write off his taxes and he was going to start his own business and he wanted to merge ours into one llc. He also told me if the $2000 don't make him anything back hes going to be mad. That completely threw me off because it felt like it wasn't genuine help, only help that saw a desperate man going through something and taking advantage of that. And also with business you need to be ready to take failure. Im ready to take failure which is why im happy im at where im at because I learned so much. But him putting his money in me and telling me it has to work is just offputting. That could possibly just lead to so many issues so I told him no. He was of course angry and upset because he felt like I was pushing him away even when he was trying to help me. I explained it in the nicest way that I don't think family and business should ever mix but he just didn't like that answer.

Now he tried again to do business with me. He told me he wanted to buy an embroidery machine because he feels like ive been wasting my life since my business failed, and I dont have a car and me failing fell back on him. He wants me to do more such as help pay on our dog, pay on grass being cut, pay for cleaning supplies for house and all sorts of expenses. Theres a lot to this, but im trying to add the important parts.

I still pay bills and every month ive been paying $200-300 rent a month not missing a month even though im late, even with my disease, not working. He says he pays mortgage and we have small bills and we shouldnt complain. But he wants me to get this embroidery machine because he wants money as well, and he says he believes in me. He also tells me everything im doing he wish he couldve did, or done and he wants me to do it so he can also say he does it too. But my issue is when hes home he plays call of duty and watches tv. I understand he works 6 days a week so theres that. But he recently got upset that I said I didnt want to use an embroidery machine, and he came in my room and went off about how kids dont have a parent who believes in them and he never had a dad who believed in him, and we're basically ungrateful kids, and how mexican and indian families are smart because they all work together as family.

im not sure what to do here anymore and its getting so toxic, I do feel as things might get worse especially if i do my business and it does well again. Theres definitely some envy/jealousy here and i feel so sad. I wish I had a parent who'd understand better. My dad only yells and when i say my opinion the only thing he does is get emotional and angry. I wish i could move but theres slmos no where to go. my step dad took the rent money I paid and my mom told me they were saving for a car for me and they took it and went on vacation so im not sure id want to go back. My dad wants everything his way and hes controlling. I do appreciate that I can atleast say no, and i dont get kicked out for saying no but thats about it.

im nearly 20k in debt. My goal is to work, and do my business again and learn from my mistakes. I get what my dads coming from sometimes, but it takes failure to learn. You can't learn everything in business on your first run. Its a reason people fail, sometimes you learn as you fail. Im truly 100% confident if i start a new one ill succeed.

My question is how do I handle this all? Ive told him no but he keeps coming back and it gets toxic when i say no and he tries to think of another way to do business. Any advice would help.
