He just seems to be a stronger Wolverine/Sabertooth? What makes him omega Level?

Both of them are Odessa babies meaning they can organically pass down their powers through offspring ie Ryan. Though as exhibited by at least Ryan our sample size of 1 the kid inherits the same copy of power/s as the original Odessa parent .

So what happens if the two Odessa subjects breed? Would the resulting child get the god supe powers of both lineages ? Would it come out with entirely new powers? Or some type of Hodge podge of both or mixed set?
