Is it really impossible to avoid this forceful degradation?

Literally the same as littering, when someone else has to clean after them.
I think it should be discussed more frequently inside gym comunities until everyone is aware

My friend lives alone and housebound in Ljubljana.
She needs some meds she has prescription for, but she’s having difficulty getting them from the pharmacy.
I’m wondering if anyone knows of a legitimate pharmacy delivery service, home-delivery option, or other legal way to help someone in this situation.

She needs:
Naltrexone
Propranolol
Mestinon

If anybody can help her somehow for a reward, please reach out.
She lives close to emergency hospital.

I'm Polish. I applied for Serbian Visa two months ago because I already used my 90/180 days of staying in Serbia and had to go back to Poland.
Now I get the refuse with claim that I pose a risk to Serbia. Even though I've beeen visiting it three times this year.
I called the embassy and they told me that in their system it says that it's refused because they suspect that I will be using visa in other way than intended.

I wonder if I can still come without visa by my 90/180 days right?
That's ridiculous
