So I checked the availability of home internet and this is the page it's takes me to.

Is this supposed to mean something? Says nothing about whether t's available or not. Is their user interface so poor that this is the best they can do.

So when I check my plan on my app this is what it says UNL Talk, Text, Data, MHS, Cloud & Disney+

I'm supposed to be getting the $20 a month bring your own device deal. Is that what this is saying or is this saying something else?

Can you even get this deal if you're coming from the Visible Network. I've seen conflicting things saying they're both owned by Verizon and it's not allowed.

Trying to order the BYOD service.

Trying to order a physical SIM card for a iPhone 12. After I put in the IMEI number and then my current phone number it takes me to some blank login to your account page. How do I actually order the service? It just keeps going around in this circle.

Has anybody set up their total wireless cloud account.

It acts like you either have to have a Google or iPhone email in order to set it up. Is this true?

So here's an update: Today for some reason it let me use my phone number and it sent me an SMS code to verify and got me signed up. I swear that was not an option yesterday. Now I can't tell if it will back up with my phone's data or If it only works over Wi-Fi.

The app shows that my next month's bill is $25 for my $20 Total Max 5G BYOD

Is this normally abnormal. It's about like The time over a year ago or more when I signed up for total wireless. I edited this because it apparently wasn't real clear but I just signed up Saturday but I had their service at one time over a year ago and also had trouble with the payment not being right. Anybody else suffering this same predicament?

Gasbuddy app continues to get worse. Now I have to click twice to get to gas prices.

Originally came up with gas prices showing then they changed the page to where you had to click check prices and now they've added even another annoying pop-up. So I have to click two different things to check cash prices. Makes it great when you're driving. Thanks for making your app unsafe.
