Personality: Duality, acts seriously then plays it off with an unserious sentence usually making look like he's pretending to act serious. If not around members of the Index then he acts tired like he's so done with his life though sometimes he acts happy-go-lucky on certain occasions.

Likes: Members of The Index Klipot, Hermes, Prescripts, and Laughter.

Dislikes: Prosthetics, Disobeying Prescripts, Failure, and Fighting.

Pre-Index Lore: A man who hails from Nest K who yearned for something more so he departed to travel through The City, going through most of the Nests and Backstreets of The City until he heard rumors about people turning into Monsters or Gaining Extraordinary abilities after hearing a voice.

So one day he tried to get the voice to reach him after months of research on how the voice appears and why it targets a specific person. The voice then reached him, the offer was temping though he refused so it caused him to manifest his E.G.O. in the form of a Fate Manipulating Coin.

After manifesting his E.G.O. he received a Paper slip telling him to join the Index, at first he contemplated about joining a Syndicate since he had been a Feather for his whole life though eventually he decided to join.

E.G.O. Explaination: All Or Nothing is a Coin that manipulates fate. Heads is the desired outcome while tails will be the repercussions for trying to change fate. If the coin lands in Heads then the user will not take the consequences, the consequences are based on what the desired outcome is so for example the desired outcome was for someone to not die, the repercussions on tails would be the death of the target or user.

As of joining the Index All or Nothing hasn't been used often.

Index Lore: Once he joined the Index as a Proselyte he was given mundane and deceivingly easy Prescripts though he didn't spend much time as a Proselyte as he received a Prescript telling him to walk into traffic to be promoted to Messenger.

Due to it not specifying what type of traffic he simply walked into Foot Traffic. Once he was promoted to Messenger rarely anything interesting happened until the Syndicate War where Hermes had given him the title of Tagimron.

He didn't participate much in the war other than gathering information on the members of The Index, though once the war ended when the Den of Ravens was established he went back to giving Prescripts to the Denizens of The City.

Seven Association Lore: Before getting to Prescript to join Seven Association Kel was fighting off a WAW Abnormality. During said fight his E.G.O. activated in a different way, the coin used for the E.G.O. grew in size to form a shield against the attacks of the Abnormality.

Though it wasn't enough to stop the Abno, Kel ended up injured without any K-Corp Ampules on him. Then Autolcycus found him, took him to her office to clean him up. She saw potential in him especially his E.G.O./Psychoment (Yes I'll start calling it as Psychoment). She fed him food with canned experience to try and make him forget about the Index and to make him loyal to her.

Kel noticed things felt weird every time he's had a meeting with Autolcycus but he put it off as sleep deprivation and nothing more. He continued living the double-life of being part of Seven Association and being an Index Messenger.

Also he gambled all of Seven Association's Ahn and quadrupled it, yes this shit is actually real.

Reason: "This request is simply out of curiosity, I did not know who the previous Disha Star was though I wish to learn about the histories of each star and its previous holders. Knowledge has been my calling ever since I left K-Corp so of course I would want to learn more about the so called "The Most Mysterious Finger", as of right now Hermes hasn't been giving me as many Prescripts as before so I have time to "be myself" and since the Pinky is known for the freedom of it's members I would like to join."

Hermes hasn't said anything to me yet so y'all are fine for now.

Hey Panda it's me, my Lore is in the Index sub. Dunno if you've already read it.

I have absolutely zero association with the heinous syndicate known as The Index, do remember that. Oh and do not question my actions.

I changed my pfp so some of y'all might be confused since I bet most of you know me as my pfp rather than my username
