In episode 7, Zooble lists things Jax has done that made them splash her with a water bucket. One of these is Jax running over Zooble with a steam roller, being an obvious reference Dio hitting Jotaro with the road roller in Part 3. This could be Goose putting it in because she herself is a JoJo's fan, (she even made a cover of Crazy Noisy Bizarre Town) or it could be Jax knowing the reference and doing it because of that.

My other piece of evidence is in the Spanish dub of episode 5. In it, Jax says something that translates to something like "At least we could go for an anime with more blood and fun" Now I used Google Translate for this so it might not be exactly what she says, but I think it still gets the message across. From this we can infer that Jax is into more violent anime, and JoJo's can get quite violent. I also want to say that I think just because this is said in the Spanish dub, doesn't mean Jax doesn't like it in the original English version. They're the same character so they should be have same likes and dislikes.

Some problems. From my research, Jax arrived in the Circus around 2013-2014. The problem with this is that Stardust Crusaders first aired in English on July 30th, 2017. This makes impossible for Lee to have seen the anime. However, the English translation of the manga released between 2005-2010. This means that Lee could've gotten her hands on the manga and seen it that way, but considering the type of household Lee lived in, it might have made accessing copies really hard and to buy them even harder.

If the question was "would you still like Jax if he was just a regular jerk without the traumatic backstory?" Than yes, I probably would. I like villains so I would probably still be a fan, but like better? No, absolutely not.

I once saw someone complain that Silver in IDW sucks because "he didn't know how to garden in Victory Garden." Are you fucking serious?

1. Silver is very new to gardening in this. No shit he's gonna have trouble with it! Would you rather him just immediately be pro at it right off the bat? Do you want Silver to be amazing at everything?! That's not how anything works. Silver doesn't how to garden because it's his first time. How about you go and pick up a new hobbies you have 0 experience with? Let's see how good you are? This just reminds me of a moment on Ian Flynn's podcast, where someone asked something like why he hated Tails because in a Tails story he wrote, Tails got beat by the bad guy at the start. Ian deadass had to explain to this fucker how narratives work, and how it wouldn't be a good story if Tails just won immediately and didn't face any hardship throughout the story.
2. The dirt was literally incapable of growing plants! Blaze says that the ground Silver was using to grow his plants was made hard and acidic because it was fucking bombed! Even if Silver was a master gardener he still wouldn't have been able to do anything because of the chemicals! He needed Blaze's help because she was able to use ash to break down the acid and allow plants to grow. Maybe if you read the fucking story, you'd understand why Silver was having trouble!!!

I just needed to get to get this off my chest because it just pisses me off how people can be this dumb.
