How could I "Hit my useage limit" if Account clearly shows only 70% of usage is well, used.

Post name speeaks for itself. Coursor says "Youve hit your usage limit", so I decided to check my account. But the funny thing is

Only 70% of my included usage IS used. So i`m far from finishing it, I should have at least several more prompts, but no. "Youve hit your limit". What the hell?

Shitshow update

Since moderators for some reason deleted my post in main WT channel (because god forbid having an opinion), reposting it here.

Update is called "Heavy Cavalry"
Most of vehicles are planes, only 10 researchable ground vehicles, only 4 of which are arguably unique (Nomads, Palmaria, Hummel, Pgz88 (which is basically better Enisei imo)) and others are either copy-paste slop practically or literally identical to other vehicles that already have been there or modifications like Abrams and T-90 (imo, APS could easily be unlockable modification instead of a whole new-ass vehicle). At least 40% (if not more, I cant bother to count em) of vehicles are also premiums, and most of interesting planes are also seem to be paywalled.
The said "Heavy Cavalry" in the face of Abrams got completely botched up armor that cant stop anything.
British finally received another squadron vehicle, which is once again, like first squadron tank nothing original and just C+V slop.
Israeli once again got light coffin with 30mm and spikes.... but now for Singapore!... for some reason.
Some munitions got Man-in-the-loop which is cool but again, benefits planes and helicopters (especially helies it seems) in update called "Heavy Cavalry" and there are now anti-radiation missiles to hunt SAM`s even better, making tankers day even worse.

Tell what you want but it is probably the worst update yet.

Micromanagement (and units AI) is rather shit, any tips on how to negate it?

It honestly sucks. I HATE, how they made micromanagement and AI for division, so I need help to how counteract this bullshit.
For example, forest and vehicles. I want to hide some stuff in the forest, like tanks, and want them to stay in the forest in VERY specific places. BUT, problem is, AI almost always, like 80% of time chooses worst places. Either negating forest effect completely (very exposed), or making tank that hides in forest useless (its too deep and cant see shit). Even with inactive behaviour being on "nothing" vehicle very often doesn`t want to stay in the exact place I need it to be and for example goes near said position I wanted it to be (even if I know I ded pixel-perfect placement), which still makes its placement shit. Its very fucking quirky and annoys me greatly. Any tips on that matter?
Next is "reverse". How the fuck did they flop it so badly? Sometimes tanks refuse to obey "reverse" orders, very often when there is like 2+ tanks, thanks that do not need to use reverse (for example they got behind faster, and I did new reverse command), still use reverse and thus expose their rears to enemy. I honestly dont even think there is anything one can do about it, but maybe.
