In a similar fashion , the Catholic Church published a screed by Marco Roman, the Bishops director of communications in the Idaho Catholic Register which basically said "how dare you challenge the Authority of the Church."

All these men in women's business. Dominating their choices and ignoring their individual rights to their own body. And prescribing forced birth for fatal fetal diagnosis. Sound familiar?

Idaho’s attorney general gave churches a dark-money loophole to fight abortion rights

This story is all about the Catholics but Christ Church and Dug can use this loophole as well. Their collaboration is happening at the state level via the Idaho Family Policy Center org and the Diocese of Boise's lobbyist Christian Welp.

"We are called to accompany women and families with concrete love, material assistance, compassion, and sacrifice but compassion for one human being can never require the intentional destruction of another." (Unless it's a woman in Idaho needing modern health care.)

It would be great if the Bishop of Boise would live these values and stop lying to Idaho Catholics. The denial of the facts on the ground is unbecoming. Mothers matter. Women matter. They are not second class.
