Is this too much fat gain for 2 months of bulking or considered lean bulk?
The beginning of the year I was trying to lean bulk very hard , week by week I kept increasing calories by 100-200 week by week and weight kept stallling, by the time I got to 5600 calories I said this is ridiculous, and it’s time to just jump the gun and went to 6000 calories and the scale finally started nudging and fatigue was slowly clearing, so I then went to 6200. Then I decided to add another leg day so I just said let’s do 6400, the scale stayed moving but then it eventually stalled out so right now I’m currently at 6600. I can always get rid of fat later on but then again a bulk is less efficient when you’re pushing the fat too fast but at the end of the day I just really wanna grow the legs this year. I’m kinda rambling but I guess the question is, since it’s my first bulk and I don’t have people in my life that do fitness like me with experience, is this good?
