I have 2 documents from Singapore, ones business profile for name verification and others accounts verification. The name in accounts verification doesn't have periods in PTE LTD. Name in business profile includes periods like: PTE. LTD. The account verification document issuer says it cant add periods and that shouldn't pose an issue. Will this be an issue in rejection? and how to go about this?

just to stay safe from getting banned and getting more than 20 numbers limit, is it safe for us to create more verified business portfolios? or what would be a more efficient way to do so?

My father has a saving of 3 million and we live on rent currently. I have started to earn as well with a good income (below 200k). Now was the time where we, as a family, make some major decision to turn our lives around.

First one was I move out of pakistan to germany (most suitable country acc to my research). we burn our savings plus a 2 m loan (intrest free). which i pay off after settling in Germany. This is high risk but high reward.

Seconds, we apply to apna ghar scheme for a 1 cr loan. and we pay the loan jointly in 10 years.

by considering all the risks and current situation, i chose the second option. given that i can relocate abroad after gaining experience in my field (software engineering) but it is very unlikely. But after 10 years we would have a home of ours.

I wanted to ask if I made the right call or not or am i missing smth

use case is lots of browsing, coding and casual gaming like Fortnite, valo, cs 2. and what would be the best place to get it? dont wanna risk getting a faulty gpu.

Also, need one for suggestion, is the budget alright or is there a specification with controlled budget which would allow me to play latest or atleast famous games with high graphics setting? Like which min specs would allow me to do so?

I am a 22 yo employed individual (~1.5 yoe) living on rent with my family.

My dad is employed aswell and he makes around 70-100k. I am making around ~160k/month.

We dont have any asset as of now and live on rent (60k/month) which I believe was a wrong decision from my father but it is what it is.

Having to pay rent gives me lots of anxiety and forces me not to spend on other stuff. I belive we should have our own house at this point.

We thought of apna ghar scheme and get a flat for 1-1.5cr in our area and pay it off in 10 years to get the max benefit. but i dont want to get stuck in loans at such young age. and the field im working in is not stable aswell.

What would you all recommend?

should we just take the risk and apply for the loan?

or should i actively invest the "qist" in some mutual fund and hope for it to accumulate some amount so that i can get a home after some years with no intrest?

or should i work on moving out of the country for masters and build my life there?

I am extremely confused and cant make a decision.

is because of the quality downgrade? or does it vary bottle to bottle? or is imperium not a summer fragrance at all? im so confused

I have these episodes again and again. I keep trying to figure out what it is but it never makes sense even though im good at diagnosing mental diseases.

I absolutely don't feel like initiating conversation with my family, and i only speak if someone asks me a question.

When i try to deeply figure it out, it started from my last birthday where I expected a lot from my family and got no wishes till it was next days night which felt like a formality. this feels small but we were always like this since childhood. and i tried to change it last year by celebrating each of my family members birthday with lots of enthusiasm and going my way out to get them lots of gifts. as a human i lowkey expected something and there was nthn. since that day i am silent. thats mainly me not talking with my sister.

about my father, i feel like he took some bad decisions since which has put us in a bas financial position that he doesnt even wanna go to a good restaurant for my birthday. and aaj kal tou he is not even bringing fruits and veggies cuz they are "too expensive". things were never this bad. last year we had to move out of our house and he "liked" this one house too much which had high rent and wanted to move here. i asked him alot of time that if we will be financially able to give rent comfortably after moving here and all and he was like yes yes. he never revealed financial situation with us ever. he is the type of guy to take steps on his own without us knowing and then we face problems. maybe thats why I have this rage and i dont wanna talk to him.

The real problem:

despite how bad it sounds, my father has done so so sooo much that in 1000 lifetimes i can never repay a single bit. even tho we had bad situation since start he sent us to expensive school and university.

and he gets so much bothered because i am silent. he wants me to talk. and i just cant. no matter how hard i try. the things i said above is just me thinking out loud. idk what has happened to me. the financial anxiety is too mentally taxing maybe. idk.

but this going silent with everyone in my family is a repeated thing. i feel something wrong or bad and i go silent for weeks and weeks or months. and my father suffers from it. i hate it. i feel like running out of this country is only thing that'll help me.

I am almost 23 right now and earning around 157k~ per month. I was wondering even if I TRY to save itll take me years to save a crore and after those years prices of houses will be more high.

Apart from apna ghar scheme, how can i even plan out buying my own house. considering i work in tech, job market is unstable.

I already have co existence and whatsapp on my app and it is in production. I wanted to add Instagram and messenger but that requires app review. If i apply for app review with Instagram and messenger, will that re-trigger whatsapp app review again? and is there a chance they will seize the whatsapp permission? the app is in production. and in live mode.

Or do i make another app for this?

I have an experience around ~1.5 years as a software engineer and I believe I have good technical skills and now i want to grow in my career by either getting a remote job or a relocation based job.
When I was doing research about how to do so, I saw several people telling that you need to "build in public" and you need a good github etc etc.

Most of my day is invested in working at my current job where i do solve architectural and technical problems but as companys work is an IP (intellectual property) i cannot A) post it on my github B) post what i have worked on in blog posts.

Then how can i get a remote based or relocation based job?

I graduated from a reputable university last year with a CGPA of 3.69.

I am a software engineer by profession with an experience of ~1.5 years.

I have managed to save around 1.3 Million in this time and moving out is a must for me for some reasons.

The first option i thought of was Germany which has the lowest barriers but you need to have around 5 million for block account + initial expenses. And i cannot arrange another 4 millions from my family which limits my options.

I open to all countries which can give me a good lifestyle, and stable job but have low barriers to entry. European countries are top priority following by US, Canada, Australia etc.

What do you all suggest i should do? I have a decent gpa aswell which i feel like is going to waste.

I love food so much its the only thing im so excited about but my metabolism is ahh and i wanna lose weight 😔 im like 24, 85 kgs almost 5'11 and wont say obese but deffo overweight.

We had applied for the recent PM housing scheme and i was wondering;

we currently live on rent, 62k/m. its plenty for us but obviously its a rented portion.

Even if we get a loan, the total amount would be around 60-70 lacs. in this amount we wont be able to get a good house or a flat even.

so one option is to get one on a lower price location and rent it. The rent would be around 20-30k

or

invest that amount into MCF or any low risk fund.

i can bet several people would have this question aswell, to get a home from loan amount or to invest in low risk.

Whats the catch in investing in funds rather than getting a house?

If not anything else, karachi's garmi got to be the top most reason why id quit living in this city.

I can NOT bear this garmi anymore. Its so humid and i sweat a lot like a lot. All the time im j cranky and thinking about garmi which is ruining my productivity. Im skipping sets at gym. AC is too costly for someone whos living at rent

I live in karachi and the weather has become extremely humid and hot.

Its affecting my lifting capabilities alot. I am literally struggling to lift my last week weights.

I just start to pant alot with excessive sweat, and theres this weird shortness of breath and after each set my vision gets blurry.

I havent lowered the weight yet but I've reduced my set count by one (3-4)

also i hydrate after each set.

any recommendations or solutions? :/
