Is he a villain like Kang uses time tech or does he have time powers? Im going to have a villain with time powers because I think time traveling tech is ok but kinda stupid when you can give them powers instead. So its not really a villain based off kang. It's more a villain based of eon from ben 10 ultimate alien. Also ill never have a villain with time tech. (Most likely but low chance if I do change my mind abd do a lang kinda villain instead)

So that. In mine secret identity is almost not a thing and when it is. It's not a super big deal. My main heros in my crossover universe are public identities heros. And the other dont really go out of their way to hide their superhero identity from their normal identity. If thir loved ones know then thats OK. It's not a big deal in my universe. That and no one In my crossover universe has a no-kill rule. Those are the complete deviation from most superhero tropes.

In my superhero universe. A lot of characters are in-between a extreme no-kill rule and a extreme kill-rule. They kill when they see fit. But almost all of them dont have a no-kill rule. So they kill when nessasary and when I see it nessasary for them to kill. Not all villains are killed but not all villains are spared. Again almost all heros in my crossover universe has this kill-rule. Kill when needed. If not spare the bad guy.
